Awaken: Part II

"Sweetie, wake up. It's your first day to school the school bus will arrive after an hour." Kat said.

"Yes Mom, but I want to nap just one more minute mom." Katy (daughter) replied.

"Oh, you're so cute! (Tickle)." Kat

"Mom, stop! Stop (laugh)"

She then goes to their room to wake up her husband.

"Honey, the breakfast is ready." Kat.

The school bus just arrived after they ate.

"Sweetie the school bus is here." Kat.

"Be nice to your class mates and I assure you they will too." Jaz

They kissed Katy on her forehead.

"Bye Mom and Dad (Waving her hand), I love you!" Katy.

"I love you too sweetie. Good Luck!" Kat.

She went to the living room and she talked to Jaz.

"It's her first day at school. I hope she'll be fine." She said.

"Yes, she will. She's a nice kid." He replied.

"I hope so." Kat.

Door Bell rang.

She immediately go at gate but she saw nothing.

"(Geez) someone's playing trick on us." Kay said.

"I'll going to prepare for work honey." Jaz replied.

She grabs her husband hand.

"Wait!" Kat

"Yes?" Jaz.

"This is the day. (Wet eyes)" Kat said.

"The day? what?" Jaz asked.

"The day he will be unsentenced." Kat said.

"Who's he? Mat! (Shocked)"He asked.

"What if he does something that will harm us? What if he revenge?!" Kat said.

"Shh! I think he will not. He said that he repent all of what he done." Jaz replied.

"We're not sure! (Frightened)" Kat.

She seems restless.

Several minutes later.

Jaz has done preparing and he was going to work.

He kissed Kat. "Bye Honey, I'll go now. Take care."

"Wait! (Hugged) I'm afraid." Kat said.

"Honey, I'll come home early." Jaz replied.

"What if we encounter him again?" Kat asked.

"I'll go now. (Kissed) call someone, maybe your friends to be with you. If you feel something bad is going to be happen call a police." He said.

"Yes, May I call you?" She asked.

"Yah, but I'm not that sure if I can answer it. But, I'll try to call you back." He replied.

"Bye Honey, take care." She said.

She was left alone.

She was scared.

She then locked up all the door, windows and gate.

She stayed inside the house. After an hour she prepares their lunch.

While she was in the kitchen cooking for their lunch she saw a shadow of a man at their door.

Just one glance it disappeared.

The dog starts barking. She then grabbed the knife and slowly walks near their door to know if there is someone. She saw nothing but a dog barking facing the swinging gate.

She tried to dial Jaz's number. "(Geez) It's almost 5 times! Honey, (whispered) answer the phone. Please... Please! (End tone) No, no!" Kat (On Phone)

As she tried to contact her husband, she was shocked by a sound of a shattered window glass.

She was terrified. "(Geez) someone throw a rock at the window. (Whispered) Don't trick on me please! I'm scared." Kat.

Dialing Jaz...
