It's been sixteen years since that night I burst out at Chronos. Now that I look back on it I see that I was harsh on him, nut that was no matter though, I've more practical things to worry about. A year after that incident my father Plutan died of unknown means. My mother believes it was illness, but I know the truth. It was I myself who did away with him. The year of his death I learned to control my Koten thoroughly, enough that I could create shields and weapons from it. The night he died I had broken into the families treasury and stolen my great-grandfathers sword. It was named Mjolnir because of its similar power to the ancient artifact. The blade was light as a feather and could cut through the body without evidence of there being a wound. He died swiftly and peacefully, the wound only showing up an hour after infliction, perfect amount of time to carry out my other plans.

With my father out of the way I was able to take control of the island nation my father ruled. I upgraded its military. We were able to finally build ships capable of achieving space travel, using stolen data intercepted from Conetru. Now the island is but a desert. Stripped of its resources. I rule with an iron fist now, controlling fleets of ships and a multitude of highly trained soldiers. For now we hide out on Phana's moon Pegasus. It was here that a name was finally given to my nation, now more of an organization. We are the Vespertas(derived from Vesper), because we are evening star. We rise in the night to rule.

Details for the Vespertas rise can not be given due to the fact that The Royal Guard of Conetru has been following me for more than three months, prompting me to keep my recordings short.

Now I am being pursued in a royal class cruiser. I leave my main chambers in its center to walk to the bridge. This ship is small, the size of house. All I have to do is take a turn down a small hallway and then down a lift that lowers onto the bridge. As I enter I see Chronos standing by the controls. He hasn't changed since that night. He has forgiven me of what I had done. To him and to my father. He knew vary well the details surrounding my fathers death.

I approach him slowly. We are the only ones on the ship, we will not be heard.

"That night sixteen years ago. Did I tell you?" I asked cautiously. I had learned three years ago that Chronos was bipolar, so I tended to be calm around him.

"You told me I was insubordinate, disobedient." He said quietly, not looking up from the ships radar. I took a deep breathe,

"And what did you feel when I said it? Hurt, sad, disappointed?" He looked up and sat in one of the bridges small chairs. There was enough room for at least four people to move around comfortably.

"I felt like you had lost your humanity. That was the first time you snapped at me since the day we met. I always thought you ask calm and sweet. Where was that that night? Earlier then you had said something I shall dare not think of again. It wasn't you when you spoke to me. When I had looked into your eyes I saw insanity."

Insanity. I let the word sink in a bit. It was true I was a bit insane, but I've always denied it. I still deny it.

"I've realized now that you've been more a friend than a servant. You've saved me plenty of times. I just wish that we can still live on equal ground." I said this quietly, so quite even I almost couldn't hear it.

Chronos looked up at me, his dark blue fur ruffled lack of sleep.

"We will always be on equal ground Seneca. No matter what happens I will always help you, and I know you will do the same for me." He said this with passion. If only it were true. I had picked up a lead that would put us a step ahead of the Royal Guard. It would take us to the Planet of Repile, a tropical world. Chronos doesn't know that he will never be able to see me the same once we reach the planet, not after what he will see me do there.
