As I sat in our new living room, surfing the channels, and sipping hot coffee, a certain interview caught my attention. They were interviewing a distinguished physicist. He had straight grey hair and a face covered with scars. He sat in a wheelchair and seemed to have been injured.
"It's been 10 years since the car incident where you lost your hand, hasn't it?" The interviewer questioned, "What are your feelings towards that incident now?"
I coughed up my coffee and turned up the volume. He was indeed missing an arm.
"I do sometimes ponder on what went through the person's head when he left after causing the incident." He explained, "However, I don't blame the person because I know I probably would've done the same thing, and if the person is watching this I just want to say that it's okay. I also want to meet that person face-to-face, just to see if he's doing okay or not."Author's note:
