Enjoy, book wormies! :)
"Oh, I forgot. Meet Matthew Hayes, your child."
The grip on my handle tightened as she sighed, tears pricking her eyes.
"H-how do I-I know?" I stuttered as she pulled out a paper. It was my child. "I thought you were taking birth control?" I inquired as tears rolled down her cheeks. "I thought so too, but Aiden replaced them with sleeping pills instead." She mumbled as Matthew twirled with her hair.

"Anyways, I've already organised everything. You'll have him for this week and I'll have him for the next week." She ordered as she handed me Matthew. "Anyways, call me if something's wrong okay? Bye Matthew, mummy loves you!" She waved and kissed Matthew's cheek. She hopped into the car and drove off to her home.

Sasha had left a bag of things at my doorstep. "Okay, Matthew. Let's just watch some football okay?" I whispered as I placed him on the couch. I never knew how to look after a baby. I picked up my phone and dialed my mum's number.
"Hello?"
"Uh yeah, mum I need some help."

A week later
Matthew started to cry. "Shh, Mathew. Mummy's coming. Just wait a little longer okay?" I cooed as he played with my fingers. My phone started to ring so I pulled out my phone and pressed the green button.
"Hullo?"
"Hello, is this Ashton Wrightson?"
"No, this is the Chinese takeaway! Nah, it is me."
"Uh yeah, on Monday the 28th of September, Sasha Hayes passed away in a car accident. I now give you full custody of Matthew Hayes."
"O-okay." I hung up and rubbed my temples.

"Da da! Da da!" Matthew mumbled as I looked up at him. He is now about two and half years old. "What's up, Matt?" I yawned as I looked up at him. "Mumma? Mumma? Where?" He asked, blinking his eyes. "Matt. I. Uh. She. Uh. Mhmm. Yeah. Uh. Mm. Peanut. Um. Butter?" I stated as he giggled. "Pea butor!" He giggled as I blew a raspberry on his stomach.

Currently, I was dealing with a lot of stress. Daisy had passed away, Sasha had passed away, mum and dad are dealing with the divorce and I'm left alone with no one to talk to. No Abigail. I dialed her number.
"What do you want?"
"Cupcake, listen. I need someone to talk to. Daisy had passed away and my mum and dad are signing the contract for their divorce. I just, I just can't handle it." I mumbled angrily.
"Open the window, kay?" She ordered as I opened the window.

She hopped in and I could see she had changed her look. She was more, dangerous. I guess. She was wearing a blue shirt that came up to her belly button and dark washed shorts. She was wearing red lipstick and her hair was curled.

"Hey. Cupcake." I drawled as she bit her lip.
"Um, I need to tell you something," I muttered as she nodded slightly. She followed me into the living room and I picked up Matthew.
"W-who's this, Ashton?" She cocked an eyebrow.
"My son, Matthew Wrightson." He had to take my surname even though we aren't married.
"From that g-girl?" She stuttered as I nodded, resting Matthew on my hip.
"She passed away and now I have full custody of Matthew. Cupcake, I don't know what to do. I'm dying in stress. We have college in a few weeks and I don't know what to do. I'm so sorry, cupcake. I'm so sorry." I choked as she hugged me, her arms around my torso.

"I forgive you, Ashton. I forgive you." She whispers repeatedly as we break apart. I look into her eyes and I cradle her cheek. I lean in and she slaps my hand away. "What are you doing, Ashton?" She snaps as I stare at the ground. "What? Since I apologised we can get back together? Hu-"

The sound of her phone, became louder and louder. She gives me a killer glare and picks up her phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey, charming!" Charming? Who the heck is that?
"Oh nah, I'm at my neighbour's house." Ouch. I'm not even friend zoned.
"Kay, I'm coming. Bye, love you." She giggled like a school girl. Definitely, boyfriend. The green monster flared up in me and I clenched my fist. Jealousy.

"I'm gonna go now. Bye Ash, bye, Matthew." She waved and climbed into her own room. A guy walked into her room and their lips connect. He had blonde tousled hair and prominent cheekbones. Colton Charming. I growled and Matthew started bawling his eyes out.

"What's wrong, matty?" I asked as he rubbed his eyes. He rubbed his tummy and I smiled. I walked to the kitchen and set him on the counter. "How about some steak and potatoes?" I asked as I began frying up some steak. I boiled some potatoes and mashed them. I cut his steak into tiny pieces and slowly feed it to him. After he finishes eating, I bathed him, then I gave him his bottle and then he fell asleep.

"Goodnight Matthew, sleep tight." I whispered as I kissed his forehead. I laid in my bed and I looked out the window. Colton and Abigail were in some sorta heated make out session. I pictured her with me instead. But all I saw that came out from her mouth was "We're over." I can't seem to forget Sasha because every time I look at Matthew, the hole in my heart grows bigger.

" I trusted you, Ashton. I gave you so many chances but you took it for granted. That was the last chance and I hoped you would use it. But you tore it apart and stepped on it." Her face looked so hurt. I threw a vase at the wall. I miss her. I need her. I just finished high school and I have college in a few weeks. How can I attend class while looking after Matthew? I sigh and raked my hair. I want Abigail. I'm in love with her.
