I was sitting by my window sill staring out at the gloomy weather. As if the rain would make me feel any less depressed. I turned off all the lights in my apartment, with only a beige tank, and some panties on. Just sitting. Staring. Contemplating my life. The city streets below were as busy as always but the soothing patter of rain against the glass drowned out the noise. My parents had disowned me, but i was actually grateful to escape the grasps of their rich folly. At school, my grades were pretty high. I was shunned by the kids at my school anyway because i was an orphan. I had pale skin and long black hair that i often tied into a braid. Other kids in the city were either rich, spoiled brats, or perky cheerleader type. 'Ah, my favorite part' i thought. Thunder crashed and rumbled, lighting then followed. A soft but sorrowful smile crept up on my face. I closed my eyes absorbing natures music. I drifted off soon after.

It was about 1:00 when i fell asleep and now it was 2:30 i had slept for a good hour and a half. The rain had stopped, but the gloomy clouds clung to the sky. In my apartment the temperature had dropped. I thought i should probably put some pants on. *knock* *knock* i spun around and a shadow slipped through the window. The smile and he eyes were

unmistakeable. "Jeff the Killer?"
