Clay
“Thank God that’s over,” growled Clay. It wasn’t until he looked down did he realised how high up they were. “I’m scared of heights!” he whispered
“That’s understandable,” Selby replied. “Where you are going you’ll meet lot’s of people with similar fears.”
“Um… okay,” answered Clay, who wasn’t sure how to take this comment.
He walked to the entrance gate where a man about twenty stood. On his name badge it read Carloz.
“Welcome to Spellbinder Tooth Airbridge Express,” he said, obviously sounding bored. “Choose a vacant vehicle and select your destination. thank you for using Airbridge Express,” his voice was a monotone mechanic drool, as if a programed machine was talking. As Clay walked through the gate, he took the can of Fanta had been saving out of his pocket and passed it to the man. He laughed discreetly and took the can of drink in his hand. Then he did an odd motion and a can opener made completely of ice appeared in his hand! Clay had already started walking and did not notice it, but I’m sure you could imagine his reaction if he had. When everyone else passed through the gate, Selby began to speak.
“Okay boys.” He Began “I want you all-once you get in a vehicle, to choose the picture on the dashboard you feel you have a bond with, then pull the red lever. When you have found your house, I want you to come back to this spot and follow the signs to the arena.”
“How will we know if it’s our house?” Asked Zac
“It will have the emblem on it” answered Selby. “Oh and bring a weapon with you.”
“Bring a what?!” asked Jack.
“Come on!” Growled Selby.
Each of the brothers crawled into their own egg shaped ‘ABEVs’ and pressed a button. Now I’m sure you want know who pressed what, and I really don’t like it when they keep you guessing in a book, so I’ve decided to do that you.
Sam
Great. Thought Sam. An ocean. Then there was aloud splash! That was muffled by the walls of the abev, as it sunk below the calm sea. He closed his eyes for a second, but couldn’t withstand the suspense. Under the water, children played games, and people were riding seahorses. A voice popped up on the screen
“Hello. You are entering little Aquaraies. It is home to all Water Spellbinders and minorbinders. You are entering the Airbridge Dock; please exit Slowly
and carefully.” Too amazed to say anything, He clambered out of the egg shaped vehicle. Expecting to take in a mouth full of water, Sam closed his eyes and his mouth; but when he stepped out of the ABEV, he found himself completely dry!
“What the…” he whispered

Clay
“This heat is unbearable!” Clay thought. The dusty and rocky plains stretched out for seemed like eternity. As he walked on he saw small little clay houses. The biggest one was furthest away, and had the octagonal emblem of Ereldorm shining on top of the doorway. “score!” said Clay.

Jet
Jet tiptoed over the seemingly invisible floor. He wouldn’t mind so much apart from the fact the bellow the transparent ground raged a sinister storm of lightning and fire. But, he still felt completely safe, even if that ground just all of a sudden disappeared, that the lightning wouldn’t hurt one bit. It was the fire he was worried about. He followed the path that wasn’t there for few more hundred metres and soon came to an Ereldorm Emblem carved carefully into a cement plaque on somebody’s doorstep. But when he looked up it wasn’t just a house. It wasn’t even a mansion! It was more like a manor to tell you the truth. Then he slapped himself in the face. This was hishouse.
“what do they expect me to do with this!?” he opened the front door, which was crackling with electricity. Then he thought back to one of his science lessons with Mrs Kayble about conductors and insulators. She had said that wood and some other materials are insulators and don’t conduct electricity, yet this door was obviously wood, and was crackling with it.

Jack
Anyone would think this is stupid right? Jumping into the core of a volcano? Well that’s what our hot headed, red headed Jack Stevens is doing. He knew it sounds crazy, but he was going with his gut. Crazy! right? He didn’t even regret it halfway through taking his feet off the ground. You know how when you’ve been lining up for hours to go on a rollercoaster, and then you finally get to the end and strap yourself in and then you scream “Let me out! Let me out!” but it’s too late and you get shot off to the moon? But none of that. Brave Jack Stevens is to cool for that. Oh yeah. It really just felt like jumping into a pool of (very) hot water. But in fact he didn’t even hit lava! He banged down on a silver cylinder and his head hit a green button. It began to descend down the funnel. On each side he saw little huts made of rocks, with canyons of glowing lava streaming down. Then he saw something amazing; the lava, flowing down the mini canyons had somehow been magically trained to make the shape, of a burning red door!
The platform continued to descend until it sunk through the lava at the base of the mountain. It came to a jolting stop at the base of a big house, with the emblem of Ereldorm; glittering like fire, carved right into the door; “Nice”
William
He rocketed upwards, further and further away from the ground. A g-force that high would kill any normal human. But Will, like his other brothers were NOT (emphasis not) normal. Finally the hard air against his face stopped. He looked down and saw he was wearing different clothes. A Pure white robe with a hood, and a little sack, hanging of a soft, cotton belt round his waist. Even weirder, he suddenly realised he standing on a cloud! He began to panic, when, he saw something else. There were people Staring at him, also wearing robes, just not as extravagant.
“Is it really him?” He heard a little girl about a year younger than him whisper to her friend.
“He’s wearing the spellbinder robes, so it must be!”
“But, this generation’s spellbinders have been lost for ten years!”
A man, probably about their mother’s age stepped forward. He had a short black gateau, And Swirling Grey eyes. In his hand he held a glass staff, with a whirling storm inside of it. Will had the impression he was rather important. Slowly, he began too speak.
“I, Eran of Turandews, Lord of the Sky, Name You William Stevens, Spellbinder and controller of air.” William, Will thought. Only his Dad Had called him that. His eyes began too tear at the thought of his Dad. His dad had been an investigator before… They tried not to talk about the night dad had gone missing. He had been out late, and hadn’t come back the night after. Or the one after that. Or the one after that. No phone calls, no texts, nothing. Everyone just assumed he was dead. Then, the police found his locket. It had Read, Eran Stevens With a picture of him with the rest of the family. Then tears of joy replaced his tears.
“Dad!” He yelled. He Launched himself on his father,, holding tighter than anything.
“Will my boy!” He chuckled “Where are the others?” “Oh I wish I could’ve told you earlier.” His Father looked around at the standing civilians. “You can all leave now” He said. “Please.” Every one averted their eyes quickly. Then he looked back to Will “I want you to leave, and take the staff. Learn to control your powers. The others will need some guidance.” He grinned at his son.
“Okay Dad” Will replied. Eran waved his hand and Will Felt the familiar sensation of the mist closing in around him. Before he knew it he was at the arena.
