The hot sun beats down on me

Burning my face

To the point it is barely recognizable

The fiery rays force me to retreat

I run away from it

Looking for a place to hide

The heat bothers me

I only suffer

And crave to hide in the dark

The deadly rays shine on my skin

The skin not covered catches on fire

Burning flesh

I am my own heat source

At last I find my shade

Alone finally I relax

My skin is badly singed

But in my solitude

I know it can't get any worse

Nothing

No one

To bother me

To make it worse

Solitude is my only peace
