Brake

When they announced your name I was sitting in the bleachers just watching wondering what you would do if I ran to my truck and just left with tears streaming down my face. I wondered if you would run after me and hold me, wipe the tears away and tell me everything was going to be okay. Because that night something broke inside of me. Possibly my heart or what was left of it. It was amazing it could even still beat. Still exist. I'd been broken so much it was almost seemingly impossible. But it was defiantly still there because when I saw you my whole world stopped spinning and that's all I could here is the thud of my heart racing.
