snowy ways

Journey pov

It was snowing.
It wasnt snowing bad but there was snow. It was beautiful and white such a amazement to the eyes. It has been 2 months since the apocalypse, me and daiyanna are basically experts on (infecteds) we call them. After loosing half of my family daiyanna is all i have and without her decisions we would be dead. Right now we are walking on the highway, there are crashed cars and snow everywhere.

Daiy: you check the honda i will check the smart car

Jour: okay

I walk slowly towards the blue honda and see a bag inside

Jour: got somthing!

Daiyanna runs to my side and examines the bag for a while before speaking

Daiy: their cans

Jour: well....do we get them

Daiy: yea hold on

Daiyanna takes out a knife to pick the lock, it took a few times before it unlocked.

Daiy: got it

I opened the car door and grabbed the bag and walked to more cars.

Daiyanna pov

At the house

Six weeks ago me and journey found a house. There were only 9 infecteds inside so it wasnt hard to kill them each together. After creating lots of exits and hidden weapons inside we started to live here. The house has 4 rooms, 2 upstairs, 2 downstairs. Me and journey already have our room and a panic room so there are 2 rooms left. Currently im sitting on the floor and journey is naming everything we found in the cars on the highway.

Jour: beans, twinkies, bread, corn, popcorn, noodles, poptarts, watermelon, radio, walky talky, 6 pairs of jordans and a car with keys.

Daiy: this is the best stuff we'd ever gotten

Jour: i know...and i have a suprise for you

Daiy: what?

Jour: when we were searching the mall i got us theses

Journey pulled out of her bag four iphone boxes

Daiy: oh my god! How did you get theses

Jour: i smashed the glass and took them, 3 charges, some sd cards and 2 phone cases...that was all i could get because the manager was infected and getting up from that upper cut i gave him.

Daiy: i love you so much cuz

Jour: i love you too...cuz

Daiy: come on, lock up and lets go to sleep.

Jour: ok captain

Daiy: whatever

15 min later

I jump on top of journey

Jour: BRUHHH!! Get the fuck off

Daiy: why

Jour: because im tired

Daiy: alright

I roll over on my side of the bed

Jour: why are you still up? I went to sleep after you.

Daiy: i dont know i just cant stop thinking about-

Jour: tonya

Daiy: yea

Jour: i know how you feel
