Chapter 19

*Author P.O.V*

*3 Hours Later*

Niall opened his eyes and looked around to see that he was in the isolation room again. He tried to move his arms but that's when he noticed he was in the strap jacket. Frustration filled him as he tried to get up but couldn't so he sat on his bum. He looked down and that's when he saw the muzzle around his mouth making him take in a deep breath trying to relax. It didn't work though because he was soon trying to get out of the strap jacket. His wrists and neck burned from the tugging but he didn't care at all. He grunted while trying to shake the muzzle off his face but everything he did failed. The door opened and a nurse walked in with a tray in her hand.

"I hope you like turkey sandwich. They ran out of ham." The nurse said almost a whisper as she closed the door halfway and walked over to Niall.

"Is this your first day working here?" Niall asked making the girl nod then sit the tray beside Niall.

"I'm sorry but they told me that I had to feed you." The girl said putting a napkin on Niall's lap before grabbing the tray again.

"Have they told you about me? I'm very special maybe because I'm the most violence patient they ever had. I've done a lot of bad things and some were skinning people while watching them cry as blood was covering them. They didn't have any skin left on them so of course they were going to be covered in blood. It was such a pretty sight. You should have been there. It was kind of hard to pull out the veins though. I wonder what you would look like with no skin. The thought is making me very excited. I can tell that you're a virgin just by the way you talk and move. I'd be happy to take all of your innocence away hearing you scream and thrash around." Niall said with a smirk as the nurse sat the sandwich down trying not to cry as fear ran through her body."What's the matter love?"

"Nothing." The nurse said before letting out a scream as Niall jumped on top of her with his hands free from the jacket.

"Don't lie love because I always find out the truth now why don't you apologize by giving me your innocence." Niall said in her ear with his hand wrapping around her neck as his other hand creeped up her white skirt."I'm going to enjoy destroying you."

Before Niall could make another move, the door creaked open to show Harry walking in. He stopped in his tracks almost dropping his notebook and pencil. He called for a guard and one quickly rushed in to push Niall off the nurse and restrap him. The nurse left in a hurry leaving Harry alone with Niall. The two of them not saying anything just looking at each other as if they were about to see who was going to strike the first hit. Harry dropped his pencil and notebook on the floor before walking over to Niall. He crouched down in front of him and reached for something in his back pocket. He pulled it out holding it right in front of Niall's face making him gasp.

"Get that away from me." Niall said through clenched teeth glaring hard at the needle.

"Why were you going to rape her? She did nothing to you." Harry said which made Niall roll his eyes."Have you ever raped anyone?"

"If you don't mind, I would like to be fed." Niall said nodding his head to the tray of food.

"Answer the question." Harry said as he aimed the needle at Niall's neck making him tense up.

"You do know I need food to live right?" Niall asked and Harry glared at him before sighing.

He pushed Niall onto his side and kneel right by him as Niall started to thrash around. He started to breath heavily as Harry brought the needle closer to his neck. The fear visible in his eyes but that didn't stop Harry as he held Niall's head still. Niall let out a scream as the needle broke through his skin. Tears coming to his eyes as Harry pulled the needle out making sure he didn't inject Niall with the substance that was in the needle. He wiped the needle off and looked down at a shaking Niall, who held back his tears. Everything felt like how it use to be when he was at home. His mother always frowning at him while his dad or brother stabbed him with the needle.

"Answer me." Harry said as Niall tried to wiggle away from him but failed to do so.

"I'm sorry dad. I'll be good. Don't hurt me with the needle please!" Niall shouted as he closed his eyes tight then curled up into a ball."I don't want the needle mom. Don't let him use it."

"How many people did you rape?" Harry asked using Niall's weak state to get what he wanted out of him.

"They were dead when I did it!" Niall shouted before putting his face in his knees."I only did it to two people!"

"Why the hell wasn't that on your profile?" Harry asked himself because he read Niall's file and it was seven pages long basically telling every event about his life.

I told you that you would never get rid of me. You just don't fucking listen but its okay. You'll be under my control again!

"No, go away!" Niall shouted trying to cover his ears hearing nothing but loud laughter."You don't own me!"

"Niall just breath." Harry said sitting his hand on Niall's shoulder only to have it shrugged off."You're okay. I'm not going to use the needle. I'm sorry for stabbing you with it."

I've see you've gone soft on me. Looks like I have to kick some sense back in you. I'll make sure you don't go soft on me again.

"Get out!" Niall shouted and Harry sighed before stabbing the needle in Niall's neck again pushing the liquid into Niall's body.

"Just go to sleep and everything will be okay." Harry whispered running his fingers through Niall's hair and kissed his forehead as Niall closed his eyes while lightly whimpering.

He can't save you now. Once your sleep, your all mine. I can't wait to whip you back into shape.

Niall is just all over the place. One minute he wants to kill. The next he's scared then he wants to be loved like damn pick one already. Anyways look like the voices are back so if the shock therapy didn't work for Niall what has happen to Louis?
