Kayla didn't know how to feel at the moment. One minute her spirit was up the next it was down. When she first found out she was diagnosed with Cancer. She was numb to the bone. She still had another forty years to live. She cant be dying now. She not going to lie, on some days, she question Gods decision on choosing her to have that illness. She wish she could wake up from this nightmare.

Right now she was looking at her grandson crawl around her living room. He was growing up so fast. He looks more and more like Kenny every day. Kayla didn't know she was crying until she felt tear dropped on her chest. Her grandson attention was now on her. He crawled over to her and lifted his arms for her to pick him up. When she did, KD wiped her tears away, that made her cry more. KD didn't know what going on, he started to cry too. Kayla tried to get him to stopped, but he wouldn't. He just clung tightly to her shirt with his little hands, and cried on her shoulder.

Just then her cell phone ring.

Hello, this is Kayla.

Hello, Miss Kayla, this is Doctor Right, Im calling to see if you can come down to the doctors office for a minute.

Can you just tell me what ever you need to tell me over the phone?

No ma'am. I'll see you when you get here.

Doctor Right hung up the phone. Kayla sighed. Kenny told her don't leave the house, and here she is about to get out. She just hope and pray nothing bad is about to be said to her at the doctor's office. Kayla got herself and KD dressed. When she walked outside, she was hit in the face with the back of a gun, she groaned then looked up in the face of a man wearing a ski mask. She looked around for KD and saw somebody putting him in the back of a van. She tried to run back in the house, but the man in the Ski mask pulled her back by her hair, kicking and screaming to the van. Not before kicking her in the face, knocking her out cold.

Kenny and Sky was getting dressed to go to her doctor's appointment to see about the baby and see what she was having. She was little excited. She was ready to find out what she was having.

"Aye ma, when we done you want to go pick KD up from my moms? Give her a little break."

Sky just nodded her head and continued getting dressed. She started to feel sick, and get a bad feeling about something. She brushed it off.

"Come here ma." Kenny said sitting on the bed. Sky walked to Kenny and sat on his lap. "Wassup with you?" Kenny asked her.

"I just getting a bad feeling. I don't know what it about. I can't put my finger on it."

"I bet its nothing ma. Don't stress yourself. Everybody is fine. Everybody know not to go anywhere. So we good." Kenny said kissing her lips. "Mmmm later on tonight maybe I need to take some of that stress away." He said wiggling his eyebrows at her.

Sky giggled and blushed.

Kenny and Sky arrived at her appointment and gotten seen as soon as they got there. Since she was only getting seen to see what she was having.

"Hello mom and dad." Doctor Kim greeted them.

"Wassup." Kenny said and Sky waved.

"Okay mama, you know drill." Doctor Kim said to Sky.

Sky lifted her shirt and the doctor squeezed some gel on Sky belly. Sky looked at the sonogram. She looked with amazed and confusion.

"Umm why do I see two babies?"

Doctor Kim smiled. "That's because you having twins."

Kenny fall out his chair, and Sky eyes watered. Two kids. Wow.

"Can I know the sex please?" Sky asked.

Doctor Kim nodded her head.

"Okay baby one is a girl, and baby two is a boy. Congratulations." Doctor Kim said printing out some pictures to give to Sky.

"Thank you." Sky said. Her and Kenny was now on her way to his mother house. Kenny couldn't shut up about the twins.

"Damn babe, Twin though? What we gone do with two babies at one time?" Kenny said shaking his head.

Didn't he want twin though?

When they got to Kayla house, they saw her car in the yard, So they knew she was home. When they got closer Sky started to get that vibe again. She look around and saw KD bag on the ground and Kayla purse on the ground.

"Kenny, look." Sky pointed to the bags.

Kenny walked up to his mom porch and bang on the door and tried twisting the handle . It was lock. Kenny cell phone begin to ring. It was his mom number.

Mom where are you?

Naw playa, this not your mom, this Big Ben, if you want to see your mom and child again. I advise you to give Naenae to me. She belongs with me now. Its either her or them.

Where the fuck are you?

Don't worry about that. If you want them you will find a way to find me.

Big Ben hang up.

"Fuck!" Kenny shouted. "Big Ben have the baby and my mama. He wants Naenae." Kenny said pacing back and forth in the yard.

Sky just cried, kenny hugged her close to him.

"We need a meeting now, and fast. I cant take not being close to my baby. That fat muthafucka is dead. If I have to kill him myself." Sky said. She was fuming mad. Big Ben perverted ass.

His ass got to go.
