We pulled in and I drove around and found a parking space. I got Sam's iced latte and mine and my phone and keys and got out of the car. I put the keys and phone in my back pocket. Then I walked in with Emma. I walked to the desk and signed in.
Then I said bye to Emma and walked to Sam's room. I walked in and he was still asleep. I sat his latte on the table. I sat in the chair next to the bed and got on my phone and scrolled threw pics and liked some of them on Instagram. Then he decided to wake up a little bit.
"How long have you been here?" Sam asked. "Not even five minutes." I said. "Oh ok." He said. "There's your latte. I'll be right back." I said and walked out. I walked to the desk. "Hey um I was wondering when Sam pottorff can get discharged?" I asked. "Oh sweetie not any time soon." The lady said. "Why?" I asked.
"He needs to get his ependex taken out. They are badly damaged." She said. I stood three in shock. "Okay thank you." I said and walked away slowly back to the room. I walked in and sat back down. "Hey are you sure your ok?" I asked.
"Yea I'm perfect." He said looking down. "Just tell me the truth." I said. "I'm fine." He said. I nodded. I grabbed my phone and was about to leave but Sam grabbed my arm. "Fine I'm not ok or perfect my ependex is damaged and I need them taken out." He said looking down.
"Why couldn't you just tell me?" I said sitting on the bed. "Because I didn't want you to worry about me anymore. I already put you threw enough." He said "I would be find yea I would be worried but next time just tell me." I said. "Ok I'm sorry."'he said.
"I'm not sure I can forgive you." I said looking away. "How can I make you forgive me?" He asked. "Beg." I said. "Ok Jade please please please forgive me I beg of you." He said laughing. I laughed and said "ok fine I guess I forgive you." I said giggling.
"So when are you getting surgery?" I asked. "Tomorrow." He said. "Ok do you want me to come?" I asked. "You will have to sit up here for about five hours or so." He said. "I don't mind." I said. "Ok but I'm really nervous what if something happens during surgery." He said.
"I hope nothing happens." I said. "Me either." He said. "Your not going to be able to go to school." I said. "Hey that's a good thing." He said laughing. "I'll bring you your work." I said. "Awe your so sweet." He said. "Yea I try." I said.
"But I would rather be at school because I don't want to stay in this hospital all day long doing nothing." He said. "I'll come visit you every day I promise." I said. "Good." He said. "Hey can you get a nurse?" He asked. I nodded.
I walked out and found a nurse and brought her to the room. "Hello mr. Pottorff." She said. "Please call me Sam I'm not my dad." He said. "Ok Sam what do you need help with?" She asked. "My side is hurting really bad can you give me something for it?" He asked. "Yea one sec." She said.
She came back in with two big blue pills that looked like sweet tarts. "Thank you." He said to the nurse. "Your welcome." She said and walked out. "Do you have the surgery early?" I asked. "I don't know." He said taking his pills.
"It's already five we have thirty minutes and visiting time is over." I said. "Awe I don't want you to leave." He said. "Yea well I'll be right back I'm going to check on Ethan." I said. "Ok hurry." He said.
I smiled and walked out and walked to Ethan's room. He was asleep with Emma laying on his chest. I snuck in and tipped toed to the bed. I grabbed Emma's phone on the bed and took a couple of pics and then I did on Ethan's phone and then tip toed back out.
I walked back to Sam's room and he was asleep. I grabbed my phone and put it in my back pocket. Then I tip toed over to the bed and kissed his cheek. Then he woke up. "You know you could do that when I was awake." He said. "you were asleep." I said.
"I'm not know." He said smiling like he was a little kid. "I have to go visiting time has like five minutes left." I said. "Five minutes." He said smirking. "So if I kiss you , you will let me leave?" I asked. "Yup." He said.
I leaned down and kissed his cheek. "There know I have to go." I said. "Ok but before you go hug." He said. He sat up and I hugged him and he kissed my cheek and I blushed and walked out.
I then saw Emma walking down to me. "Stupid ass nurse." Emma said rolling her eyes. "What happened?" I asked. "She was like miss miss visiting time is over so get up." She said. I laughed and we got in the car. "You want to get some dinner?" I asked her. "Yes I'm starving." She said. "We're do you want to eat?" I asked. "Um let's get subway." She said.
I drove to subway and we walked in. We got two four inch subs and ate. We then left and got back in the car. I drove back home and we ran upstairs. We sat on the bed and plugged up our phones. "Hey I'm gonna take a shower." Emma said. I nodded. I layed my head back on the pillow and thought about Sam.
I mean I'm so confused. I don't know if I like him. I mean yea we flirt and he kissed me on the cheek but he probably is just trying to win the bet even though he haven't mentioned the bet. God I don't get boys.
I then got my phone and called Ethan.

He called back and I declined. He's supposed to be my cousin and tell me things. I got up and walked to my closet. I put a my long sleeve blue shirt on and put on black athletic shorts on and my blue fuzzy socks. I then put my hair in a high bun and walked to the bathroom. Emma was washing her face and I did the same.
Then I walked out and sat on my bed. I decided to text Sam.

I put my phone up and put pitch perfect in and me and Emma watched. Emma fell asleep and I couldn't. It was like almost one in the morning. I tried to go to sleep and soon enough I did.
