Chapter 4

Debi’s Dreamy Diner

When I woke up that morning I felt like I fell down a cliff and hit my head on a rock  

... I went to the bathroom and took a warm shower. After coming out I changed into a black hoody from Victoria's secret and a random pair of gray sweatpants. I put my hair in a messy bun with a headband and called it a day. I ran down stairs where I walked into the kitchen and saw Mandy and Sarah sitting around the kitchen table with coffee and they had the same look that I had sweatpants and a sweatshirt. They greeted me with a tired smile. My stomach growled.

"I'm hungry do you girls want to go to Debi's diner?" I questioned

They both shook their heads up and down with smiles on their faces

"Want to walk?" I questioned

"Yeah let's walk."Lynda said

I grabbed my glasses and put them on and then took my key and locked the door behind us. I moved to the middle of the two of them and we started walking down a couple of blocks to the diner.

"So Lynda how was your night last night?" I claimed

"Crazy... Jordan do you remember that boy name Adam with  the black hair? Who used to drink coffee in the library every morning?"Sarah questioned

"Yeah why ha-ha?" I said with a giggle.

"Because last night he and Sarah got to know each other real well if you know what I mean."Mandy added in.

Then all three of us burst out laughing because Mandy and I knew Sarah is a sweet girl and the most she would have done is just make out with him.

"Well Jordan I'm surprised you didn't see us but ohh wait... Mandy didn't we see her getting lost in that sexy kids eyes on the dance floor?" Sarah bantered.

"Yeah! Jordan don’t try to deny it... We both saw. It's almost like you two had a connection..."Mandy stated.

"Oh Jordan's in love!" Sarah chanted.

"Girls, Girls I'm not in love with this guy... I barely even know him... All I did was dance really closely with him."I claimed and smirked.

I kept smiling because I knew that they were just teasing me. All of us crossed the street after the red light signaled the cars to stop and we entered the small but simple diner, there weren't that many people in there... The capacity was just right and we sat down at the booth in the front. The waitress came over

"Hello girls, I'll be your waitress for today. Can I get you some coffee?" she question

"Yes please!" I nodded franticly

"Ok I will be back with your coffee!" she stated 

A few minutes later....  

"Here's your coffee. Would you like to order now?" She questioned

"Yes we are ready." I answered

After we ordered, the waitress walked away and my friends started talking about the new sale at forever 21. I was sipping my coffee and all the sudden i look up and the attractive boy was walking in to Debi’s diner and i blinked my eye's cause i thought I was dreaming, but It wasn't a dream. I put my hood up and tried to hide and then signaled to my friends that that was the boy I danced with last night and they both were in shock and started to crack up.

"This isn’t funny , I look disgusting ... Can he see me?" I asked franticly

"Ha-ha no your fine." Sarah said

"He looks really familiar" Mandy said with confusion

"I know right" Sarah agreed

A few seconds later...our breakfast came.

"Whatever it doesn’t matter who he looks like." I said

I started eating my food when i looked up and made eye contact with the very attractive boy.. I looked away quickly and took a sip of my coffee.

"Ohh my god, we just made eye contact  ... Someone help what do i do?"

They both laughed and continued to eat. All the sudden the very attractive boy stood up and walked over to our table and we made eye contact and he made his way up to our table and put down a dish with a piece of cherry pie with whipped cream on the top and reached out his hand to me and said

"Hi, I’m harry and you are prettiest girl I have ever seen in my life and I want to know if we could pick up where we left off"

I just sat there and looked at him and finally said  

"Hi , I'm Jordan its nice to meet you harry and yes I would like that very much!”
