Your POV

"Are the neighbors moving again?" I groaned, scrolling down my instagram feed.

"Yes, again. New people are moving in tomorrow." My mom said from the kitchen.

"Yay," I said sarcastically, "more people I'm never gonna talk to. So exciting!" I rolled my eyes.

She chuckled, "just go do your homework."

"Why?? It's only Saturday~" I whined.

"You know you're not going to do it tomorrow."

I nodded my head, "true." I got up and started walking upstairs.

"Oh also, tell Wooshin to do his homework, too." (loL I had to)

"Kay," I said as I knocked on Wooshin's door.

I opened it and saw him reading a book on his bed.

"Oppa mom says to do your homework," I said.

"Already did," he said, his gaze not leaving his book.

I glared at him. Curse you and your pretty face... I closed the door and walked into my room. I walked o the window which faced the road in the front of my house. The neighbors were still loading stuff onto a huge moving truck. Helping them was a boy I've never seen before. I only caught a glimpse of his face but he never looked my way.

"Whatever," I sighed and sat down at my desk, spinning on the chair.

I blasted my favorite playlist, earning the usual complaints from my brother next door. I got out my homework and tried to get it over as quickly as I could.

//Time skip//

"Dinner! I heard my mom yell.

Yay food!! I threw down my pencil and stop my music, rushing downstairs. I groaned when I saw the spinach on the table.

"Just eat it, it's good for your skin," Wooshin winked as he walked down the stairs.

"Still. Ew."

I ate quickly so I didn't have to taste the vegetables. I ran back upstairs to finish my homework. I finished after about an hour later. I yawned and stretched my arms. I organized my work and put it into my binder, and put that in my backpack. I really hated forgetting things, so I usually do things ahead of time if I can. I got up took a shower, brushing my teeth after. I dried my hair as much as I could with my towel and hopped into bed. I grabbed my phone and went on Instagram. Eventually, I fell asleep.

//

I woke up to the sound of ruckus outside my window. I mentally cursed and looked at the clock. 8:39 a.m.. I got up to see what the ruckus was, assuming it was the neighbors moving in. I was right. As I looked around, I saw what looked like the guy from yesterday. He was dressed in his pajamas, sweats and a simple white t-shirt, but somehow it looked really chic on him.

I watched for a little longer, until another boy came out from the garage. He had a grey sweatshirt, dark messy hair sticking out from under his beanie. Suddenly he glanced up at my window. I shrunk down quickly, my heart started beating fast out of nowhere. Wait, why do I care anyways? I couldn't find the nerve to get up and look out again.

I crawled towards my door on my knees and got up when I was sure I wouldn't be seen from outside. I opened the door and saw my dad getting ready for work.

"Ah, yn, go say hi to the new neighbors." He said.

I groaned. No wasn't an option with my dad.

"Okay...cLet me just change," I said, trying to buy time.

I walked upstairs slowly and changed into jean shorts and an oversized hoodie. I walked downstairs where my dad was still waiting and put on my red high top converse (*winkwink*). I bit my lip when I saw that guy who looked up at me.

"Oh, hi! You must be our neighbors," the guy who was in the white t-shirt yesterday said, smiling.

"Ah, hi," I said, extending my hand, "I'm yn, and that's my dad."

"Nice to meet you, yn-ssi, Mr. (Last name). I'm Jungkook. Jeon Jungkook. That over there is my brother, Wonwoo," he pointed at the beanie guy.

By now he was walking over, a cold stare in his eyes. I gulped nervously. My dad smiled and shook Jungkook's hand.

"Oh, I have to go. I'll be late. Introduce me to him later," my dad said as he walked away, waiving.

"Sure thing Mr. (Ln)." Jungkook waived.

"Hey," Wonwoo said coldly as he stood beside Jungkook.

"Hi..." I said nervously, avoiding his eyes.

"Hyung, don't you have stuff to do?" Wonwoo asked.

"Ah, right. I'll see you later, yn-ssi." Jungkook jogged away into the house.

I bit my lip and looked up at him. He took a step closer and smirked.

He leaned down to my ear, "was that you in the window up there?" He whispered, glancing at the window and then back at me.

I nodded slowly.

He held up my chin with his slender fingers. "Listen, missy. Im not a big fan of people spying on me. Got it?"

I nodded again.

"Tch," he pushed my chin over and walked away, putting his hands in his pockets.

I let out a long breath and put a hand over my heart. What... I was at a loss of words. I ran inside and into my room, hiding under the covers.

"Lol sis what are you doing?" Wooshin laughed.

"Go away," I said.

It was quiet for a while. He better be gone... Suddenly I felt him jump on top of me. I squealed as he started tickling me through the blanket.

"OPPA STOP," I screamed as I started kicking him.

I heard him fall to the floor and I got up, throwing the blanket over his face and slapping his exposed abs. I ran away quickly as he groaned in pain.

"You are so dead," I heard him say. I hid under the dinner table.

I heard his footsteps coming quickly down the stairs. He found me immediately and ran towards me, crouching down and reaching towards me. He was too tall to fit under here. I laughed and stuck my tongue out.

"Kids, stop playing and eat breakfast," my mom chuckled.

"Yeah, KID," Wooshin said, sticking his tongue out back.

"She said kid-ZUH," I glared.

"Whatever," he stood up and walked away.

I waddled out from beneath the table and grabbed my plate of waffles, sitting down to eat.
