Things were said,
Things were done.
I thought it was over,
Because I knew you had won.
Here we go again I thought,
For maybe the millionth time.
For some reason I always came back to you,
Because you'll always be mine
I approached you after school,
Asking about your day.
The second you saw me,
You pushed me away.
I went home crying,
Because we always made up.
Even with the toughest things,
We never gave up.
Love is a strange thing,
Always messing with our heads,
Driving us insane,
Leaving all our words unsaid.
He never talked to me,
Never again.
We used to love each other,
Even when we were friends.
The next day I skipped school,
Embarrassment covered my name.
I would never let this happen,
Ever again.
I let my brain take over me,
My emotions never show.
Does he ever think of me?
I will never know.
