Seto Kaiba x Reader - Our Past

No! You had lost the duel!
    "Ha ha, (Y/n)! This proves you'll be out of the competition when I challenge you on the island!" Your lip had a scar. You occasionally licking it. "Looks like Seto Kaiba? He's all mine!" Mai broke out into evil laughter.
    "No! What? You can't have him!" You piped up. Mai flipped her hair.
    "Yeah, I can! You said if you lost, your 'precious Seto' belongs to me!" Mai pointed. You were on the verge of tears.
    "He'll never accept you! He'll run from you just to find me! You don't know what I am to him! You don't understand what he is to me!" You run out of Mai's room. She scoffed.
    "Your loss, kid."
Le Time Shikp-i-dee-do-da to a minute later
    "TEA!" You yell running across the ship's deck. You run straight into your older sister's arms.
    "What is it? And pipe down!"
    "I lost to her! He's all gone!" You whine.
    "Woah, hold up, (n/n). Who's her, and who's he?" Joey questions.
    "I lost to Mai, and my boyfriend is her prize!"
    "Wait, you dueled her?" Yugi cut in.
    "She said if I'd win she'd leave me alone, but if she wins, my precious would be her precious! I shouldn't have done it!"
    "Wait, but, who's your boyfriend, (y/n)?" Tristan holds up a finger. You let go of Tea. You sniffled.
    "Seto," you whisper. Joey almost falls off of the boat.
    "Kaiba? He's... Your..."
    "What?!?! I told you to stay away from him!"
    "We bumped into each other again! We just knew it was meant to be! We couldn't help it! I love him, and he's gone!"
    "Kaiba. He's our enemy, and your boyfriend." Yugi's really trying to figure this out. You nod. "Mmhm." "How did you guys meet?" he asks. You half-giggle. "It's hard to explain..."

"Oops! Oh, uh, sorry, Mr. Kaiba," you say sheepishly.
"Well, you should be," he snaps back.
You two walked away in separate directions. You look back at him. You weren't a pervert, but his walk was too damn sexy for you to handle. You turned around and blushed, thinking Whew! That boy, Seto Kaiba... He's bringin' sexy back! (A/n what did I just write)

Math at school

"Now, class, we have a new student, (Y/n) (L/n). Raise your hand so your classmates know who you are," the teacher beckons you to raise your hand. You threw your hand straight up. "Thank you, Miss (Y/n). As for today's lesson, you'll be partnered up with classmates of my choosing. We'll be working on page 93, questions 1-5. And here are your groupings:..." The teacher blabbed on about who was with who. You paid no attention to the names. But when you decided to actually listen for your name, you heard a quite familiar name: "Seto Kaiba, you'll be with our new student." Your eyes widened unnoticed.

I'm with Mr. Kaiba?!

Seto nodded his head and walked over to you. When he laid his blue eyes on you, he almost jumped. "Hey, you're that girl from earlier!"

"Yeah, that's me."

"I didn't know you came here."

"I could say the same thing about you, Mr. Kaiba," you replied as sweetly as possible. Seto pulled up a chair next to you.

"So, are you good at math?" He finally asks you, flipping through the textbook.

"You could say that," you shrug. Seto chuckled.

"Huh. Well, good, 'cause I'm not." You giggled. "So, you know how to find circumference?" he asks you, looking you dead on.

"Yep."

"Never thought I'd say this, but I'm glad you're my partner."
