Well considering I have.. Hold on let me count.... Zero friends, this is going to be great.

Oh yeah, didn't I tell you? I had moved schools cause all my 'friends' moved out of my old one so there was just bullies. Yay. At least Victor (my literal nightmare) moved away from that school a year ago. I wonder where he is now, probably in prison.

I walk though the school gates as I try to fish a map out of my pocket so that I can find my way around. I feel so small as I constantly brush my hair out of my face so that I can see. The grounds of the school are nice, they have a couple trees and the buildings aren't all grey.

SLAM

I stumble back, kind of dizzy. I look up to see a tall boy in a dark blue coat and a silk scarf, and for some reason I can hear worried gasps and mumbles.

"Sorry sir-"

"Sir? Oh you think I'm a teacher." He laughs softly.

"You're not?"

"Not I'm a student here."

I decide not to question it and just to smile and nod.

"You are new I presume?"

"Yeah."

"Welcome." He smiles before continuing on.

A kid with messy brown curly hair and bright green eyes comes up to me and taps me on the shoulder.

"You alright?"

"Yeah."

"I can't believe Lester just talked to you."

"What's so good about that?"

"He's a cool kid, but not just a cool kid he's a cool cool kid, plus he's semi famous."

"What?"

"He runs a clothing brand with his dad."

"Oh, and what makes you think I'm not a cool kid?"

"What cool 17 year old boy has Pokémon wristbands?"  He points to my wrist.

"You got me there." I admit.

The rest of the day is great. I figure out that the boys names is Peej and he introduces me to his best friend Chris. They're both great friends, everything's going well until our last period, English with Mr. Green.

I love English, just not when I have to partner up, especially when I found out who my partner is.

"Dan, I'm going to put you with victor."
