After checking into a room at a hotel, I head straight for the shower.

After wrapping myself in a towel, I go into the bedroom and all but collapse on the bed.

I lay there for a moment, then sigh as I feel all too familiar hands roaming up my legs. I look down at my sweet Devlin.

"You know," he says, crawling up to wrap his arms around me,"You should really start locking your door. No telling what kind of little devil could walk through it." he chuckles.

I look into his eyes and reach up, cupping his cheek in my right hand. He starts purring."Why do I even bother running from you? You always catch me, anyway."

He laughs."Maybe it's because you like being chased. Or that you know that I like to chase you." He rubs against me, his wings spreading over us, all but blanketing us in darkness.

I sigh, tired of running. Of fighting. Of everything that took me away from him.

"Take me back." I sigh."Take me back home, where we first came together, and continue to love me. Please." I wrap my arms around his neck and pull him down so I can hug him.

He purrs in approval, wrapping his arms tighter around my waist and hugging me back.

"Finally." He sighs." I finally get to keep you after almost an eternity of waiting." He kisses me sweetly, pulling me even closer to him.

Sighing, I give in to his kiss and his love, knowing that it'll last forever.
