More Than Friends

Chapter 2

Ross' POV:

She looked so beautiful. She was wearing a faux leather jacket, black holey jeans, ACDC shirt, heeled boots, a pink beanie, a choker, 10 rings, 5 bracelets, Ray-Ban sunglasses, and her blue ear buds. She also died her hair, it was all brown but now like half is blonde and it really pretty. "You look gorgeous today Renee!" I told her. She nodded and replied with a thank you and asking me how I've been. "Eh, I'm happy, but I have to tell you something."

Renee's POV:

When Ross told me he had to tell me something, I instantly got nervous and a million thoughts started racing through my head but I pushed out a forced "okay". He told me not to worry about what he was going to say because it was good. I felt a lot more relieved, and then he said "Renee, I've always liked you since like 4th grade. We've been bestfriends since kindergarten and you're really the only bestfriend that stayed with me the whole time. I know you may not li-". I cut him off and smiled "Ross, to be honest I've liked you since the 6th grade and honestly never stopped. So many boys had asked me out and I told them no because I only wanted you. You've also been my only true bestfriend. Yeah, I have my group but that's only been since the beginning of high school. You and I, we've never left each other sides, not once. We've never fought. My group and I doesn't equal You and I." I started tearing up and he wiped a tear that fell on my face with his thumb. "My parents adore how you care about me. You're always there when I need you. I feel like that when we're older, we won't be together and that scares me because I really like you." He was hugging me and he buried his face into shoulder saying "I really like you honestly. I was just wondering if maybe you wanted to be my girlfriend?" I told him yes but he never pulled away he just loosened his grip and kissed me. I kissed back and then pulled away smiling. We started walking again holding hands and he intertwined our fingers. I could tell he was the happiest man alive.

Ross' POV:

I can't begin to put into words how happy I am right now. She said yes, said that her parents adore me, and that her and her group doesn't equal her and I. My parents know Renee and love her to death. We see each others family's as a second family. I love it. She's loves my brothers, Riker, Rocky, and Ryland. She loves my sister Rydel and our bestfriend Ellington... Well its Rydel's boyfriend but were all bestfriends. I has to stop thinking because were at school. Ugh
