3rd POV

The Y/H/C headed girl was running away from her home. She couldn't handle it no more. She was tired of the abuse. She just needed to be free.

Soon she ended up in the middle of a field. She felt relaxed and in peace. She saw a tree up ahead and decided to just sit under it and watch the night sky. While she was walking to the tree she could have sworn she saw a figure near it. Maybe it's just my imagination she thought.

When she got there she was about to sit down when she was suddenly pinned to the tree. She had her eyes shut tight when she felt the impact.

"Who the hell are you?" Asked the voice which belonged to a man. She opened her eyes but didn't respond. Maybe its the fact that he sounded mad.

"I asked you a question! Who the hell are you?!" He asked once again as his grip on her shoulders started getting tighter, making the girl whimper in pain.

"I-I'm Y/N. P-P-Please le-let go. You-You're st-starting to hurt me." She said in pain.

"You don't have a last name?" He asked, finally releasing his grip.

"I do but I hate it."

"How come?" He asked eager to know more.

"It reminds me of the family I come from." She responed looking down at the ground, not wanting to make eye contact

"Why are you here?" He asked her. She then looked up at him. She notice how beautiful he looked. The way his white hair was styled and his red eyes. But she didn't know him so she couldn't trust him easily.

"I ran away."

There was a moment of silence. The atmosphere was tense now.

"Go back." He said breaking the silence. "It isn't safe for you to be out here so leave." He said with a scowl.

"But I don't want to. I hate my life." She said with poison dripping from her voice. "I can't go back. The abuse I get everyday is just to much to handle. I feel like a prisoner." She said opening up to the albino.

He just starred at her with a scowl like expression. "I know how you feel."

"Y-You do?" You asked surprised.

"My mother wasn't as kind as some are." He simply said. Then he started opening up to the Y/H/C headed girl. For once he felt comfortable around a female.

"That must be awful. I'm sorry." She apologized.

"You don't need to apologize besides it was my fault."

"No it wasn't! She called you mean things when in reality you're the most sweetest person I've ever met. And probably the first person to treat me with such kindness." She admitted to him.

He stayed silent for a few minutes until he responded back. "Thank you."

Suddenly he took a hold of her hand very gently and pulled her into his arms for a hug. She was tense at first but then relaxed when he put it his arms around her waist.

"Subaru."

"Huh?"

"My name is Subaru Sakamaki."

And with that they both stayed under the tree all night in each other's embrace.
