"Humans are responsible for all the wars and bloodshed that has ever occurred" Saito stated with dark emotionless eyes. "Humans will torture and exclude anyone who's even the slightest bit different and label them as monsters...I know from experience" he said sounding a bit sad, his blue eyes were swirling with many different emotions. I went dead silent, I couldn't deny what he was saying as most of it was true. For some reason I actually felt some sympathy for him. "I-I won't deny the truth in what your saying" I said softly. "B-but still there are good people in this world". He gave me a slightly puzzled glance "normally I would disagree with you but...that's until I met you. Your the only human I think could be considered a 'good person" he admitted staring me down intently. My face tinted a slight shade of pink. "T-thanks I guess" I said timidly. Saito gave me a small smile, but only for a split second. "B-but why?" I asked sadly with a timid voice. "Hmm, why what?" He asked glancing at me. "I just don't understand..." I almost whispered. "Why would you want to kill off humans if...I mean...your a human too...right?" I asked struggling to find the right words. He tilted his head to the side and gave me a slightly confused look, but it vanished almost as quickly as it came. He stared at me locking his cerulan blue eyes with my own pale green ones. I noticed a smirk was starting to form on his face, he broke the silence when he suddenly started laughing. That irritated me, I was trying to ask him a serious question and he just starts laughing in my face. "Just what the hell is so damn funny!?" I yelled in a fit of anger, he instantly went quiet. "Oh going feisty on me are you?" Saito said clearly amused. "As for what I find funny, that question you asked me, about me being a human aswell" he responded looking very amused and entertained. "How is that funny?" I was getting a bit scared at what he was getting at. He gave me a devilish but also dare I say attractive smirk. "It should be obvious by now Serena...I'm not human" I felt like my heart would stop beating.
