Ally's P.O.V
By the time Dinah pulled in Lauren was submissive as could be. I knew it was too late to punish her, she was out of that mindset but she had to learn some way or another. I decided that strict regimen would be the way to go. Upping exercise and supervised time. Cutting out junk food and free time. All of the girls hated strict regimen because it cut out fun. They weren't being punished so they could still earn rewards but it made them see who really held the power. It also meant no screen time which was just being integrated into our house. For Lauren it also meant cage time for any unsupervised time. It was taking things back to square one.

As much as it was hated I had a feeling as I buckled Lauren into the backseat that she wouldn't hate this time so much. I had to work this week which meant that Lauren would be coming with me as handling all three girls could be a struggle and Dinah was working nights this week so she needed to sleep.Lauren was patient the whole ride.Considering she was still on punishment she wouldn't have a choice.Lauren didn't talk at all the whole time.She was just silently staring out the window examining the scenery.She was really accepting to her punishment.Either way accepting or not she had to accept her punishment.

We soon were at my job.I got out the car grabbing my bag.Lauren had unbuckled herself.I closed the door and locked the car seeing Lauren had gotten out.I grab her hand and started to walk into the building.The store was empty as usual except the cashier Martha.I smiled and waved at her.She returned the gesture as we walked toward the back office .I pushed the door open not letting Lauren's hand go.She didn't fight it but I could tell she wanted to disconnect for a few.I didn't give her the separation she wanted.I walked in when I squeezed her hand making her look down smiling.I looked back making sure Lauren was with me.

I let Lauren sit in the spinny chair while I looked through emails and the profit chart. Lauren spun around in her chair and read a few books and did a puzzle while I worked. By the time lunch rolled around I had decided that she had earned a reward. I texted Dinah and she agreed. Dinah and Lauren were going to put on a little demonstration tonight. I took Lauren to lunch at a local sandwich shop we both ordered the regular.

We walked back to the store slowly eating on the way. I still had a few minutes before I had to leave to take Lo home so I walked through the shop with her. I said to her "pick out something fun that you and D are real good at". Lauren grinned and went to her favourite isle. I chased after her and caught up to her as she picked up and presented to me something that she had had her eye on for a few months. I nodded and took it. I bagged it and put a fifty in the cash drawer.

I drove Lauren home while she fiddled with the bag. I sent her in and told her to have a good nap with Dinah and that I'd be home soon to make dinner and then go with them.
