Jacob pov

After the kids went with my mom, i wanted to take a walk...or maybe a drive

Jacob: Hey Simone, want to take a walk or..a drive

Simone:Umm sure but after i finish these lesson plans

I took the papers out of her hands and put them on a tall shelf. She wont get them she's short. Then i pulled her towards the door.

Jacob:come on

I dragged her outside with me and we started towards my car.

Simone:Where are we going?

Jacob:A surprise.

Simone's Pov

He continued silently driving as I stared out of the window. I don't want things to be awkward between me and my boss. I just had to vent this morning or all of my feelings would have been bottled up inside. I miss and think about my daughter every single day.

The car stopped and he opened the door for me. I thanked him and stepped out shutting the door behind me.

Simone:The mall?

Jacob:Yup.Lets go(Grabs her hand)

He pulled me into the crowded store and the adventure began from there. He brought me into a store and grabbed hundreds of clothes then threw them to me.

Jacob:Go try them on.

Simone:All of them?

Jacob:Yup.

Simone:Do I have to?

Jacob:Yup.

I sighed grabbing the handful-well stack full of clothes and went to the try them on.

Jacob's Pov

I waited patiently for her to come out in the first outfit. I just want her to get loose a little, and let out all her stress. I wouldn't be able to think straight without having Jacob jr. or Jason. Its like apart of me would be gone.

Simone:Ready?

Jacob:Yup.

She walked out in a snapback, saggy pants, and a wife beater.

I tried holding in my laugh but I couldn't so I just let it out, soon she laughed too and went back to change.

This continued for the next 15 minutes ..

-A flower dress

-Pajamas

-Silk dresses

-Chruch dresses

-Sandals and t-shirts

-High waist shorts and high tops

Jacob: Hey why don't you try on a bikini.

Simone:(laughs)No way.

Jacob:Well let me at least buy you one.

Simone:But its January.

Jacob: Okay?

Simone: Suit yourself.

Simone's Pov

He paid for everything and we walked off into a ..apple department.

Simone:Why are we in here?

Jacob:Let me buy you a new phone.

Simone:(sighs) But Mr- I mean Jacob don't you think this is a whole lot considering im already staying with you and you want a new house?

Jacob:(chuckles) I'll have enough money. I promised myself we'd be out around February.

Simone:(shakes head) Okay , I guess.

(( Her Stuff To The Side ))

We grabbed all the bags and headed home. He said he'd pick up the boys tomorrow since it was getting late. That's fine with me, just another off day to work something out. I might have to get another job, I don't know.

Simone: Hey Jacob , don't laugh but how in the world do you work this phone?

He came up behind me showing me each thing in settings. From the brightness to the notifications and the wifi level. I had to make an account for the app store and apple. Then he just helped me set up my phone. I have to remember my phone number too. "Note to self: Remember your number."

Jacob:And that's it . (Looks at Simone )

He stared at me for a while and my eyes automatically darted to his lips. Before anything else could happen, I felt his lips touch mine.
