Runaway Love

Chapter 1 Part 2: Hospital

I turned my head to the right. My eyes met with the gaze of a doctor. He was tall with long blonde hair and had dimples that crept on his perfect smile every time he spoke. He was talking with someone else, but I couldn't make up who. The doctor then shut the door closed and put on some gloves. "How did I get here?" I would say, but he didn't here me. "How did I get here?!" My voice rose louder.

“Relax relax okay. Don't ask questions. You will be fine. Do what we tell you to do and there won't be any problems." A look of confusion fled on my face.
“Were at the hospital."
What? Something bad must of happened to me and I can't remember anything. My bright green eyes widened once he said that. "How long have I been here!?" I asked in concern.
"Alright Ms. Heather Hughes I'm going to give you some time to rest." The doctor had said. "No. Please tell me sir."

"You have been laying here in a coma for about three weeks."
My mouth couldn't think of words to form between my lips so I continued to stay silent and lay there.

Doc had then broke the silence. I guess he was waiting for me to respond. "You had a visitor, but I told him to wait outside to see if you would like that or not."
I looked at the docs name tag. It read Trintin Orono.

"Visitor?" I tried to recap anyone who I was aware of, but It never rang a bell ever since my coma.

"Yes he says, your the love of his life..your his girlfriend. And he has been looking for you for quite awhile."
Then I realized after a few minutes of silence. I remembered the face of that man that was standing there. It was Adam's.
"No.."

"I'm sorry." He seemed very pleading and hurt to see you.." Doctor Orono was saying that. I know he was confused that I hadn't want to see him but that man was abusive. I couldn't take the risk of getting hurt anymore. I wanted to be strong for myself.

"No I don't to see him! My voice pleaded out."Tell him to never come here again!" I was very sure.

"Okay Ms. Hughes whatever you wish." Then he cracked a smirk forming on the edges of his lips.
Thank God I was not trying to wake up to seeing him.
Doctor Orono walked out the door and closed it silenty. I peaked out the windows where alittle crease between the curtains was shown seeing the two of them talking. Adam put his head down and his hands rose up to his face to wipe off tears. I saw that he had some brace on his rib
