Chapter Two: Feelings?

*16th Precinct*

Nick's P.O.V
  "Hey how are we doing on the Cabet case?" Olivia asked she was wearing her black shirt that showed her curves and jeans that showed how perfect her ass looked.

"We have no witnesses and no DNA match so far." Fin said
" The parent's still don't know why anyone would want to hurt thier daughter." Rollins said.

Fin's desk phone rung and he answered it. I couldn't keep my mind off of Olivia.

" Sarge we have a hit on the Dna. His name is Charles Cassidy." Fin reassured her.

" Okay Fin and Rollins go pick up the perp."

I knew this wasn't a good time to bring up last night. I needed to know if she felt what I felt. Before I could approach her she was in her office.

Olivia's P.O.V

I sat in my office thinking about last night while doing paperwork when there was a knock on my door.

"Come in." I said removing my glasses.

" Hey Sarge can we talk?" Nick asked coming in and closing the door.

My heart started pounding I felt like it was going to jump out of my chest.

"About?"

"About last night actually".

'I never thought he would bring this up at work.I mean the sex was good and was just like I dreamt it to be, but still. What the Hell! At work?'

Nick's P.O.V

'I just want to throw her across the desk and take her, but I gotta keep it professional.'

"About last night actually". 

"Um sure I guess." She said as she moved to the couch signalling me to sit down.

'Ok Nick you can do this just keep your mind on track.' I told myself.

"Um... I just need to know if you felt what I felt last night. I mean the sex was amazing but I need to know did our love making make you feel what I felt?"

"Nick please don't call it that. It was just drunk sex, a one time thing , that wasn't suppose to happen",

"So what are you saying it meant nothing to you that it was a mistake!?!"

"No that's not what I'm saying." Olivia said trying to calm my temper.

No matter if I loved this woman more than anything I could still feel my blood boiling.

"But it's what you implied! You know what forget about it.Olivia you don't understand how much I love you."

'Before I knew it I told her I love her.'

Olivia's P.O.V.

'He just told me he loved me. Of course I love him I would nothing more than for him to take me right now. But my mind is saying what if he hurts me? I can't go through that.'

"Nick I'm sorry. I can't do this."

"You know what don't be. Just forget about it." Nick said as he left my office and precinct.
