Chapter One: Finally

Tuesday October 22nd
Time: 3:00 am

As Merida finished packing up and grabbed a few apples to eat on the way, she started leaving the house with her suitcases. Merida went to the nearest park to her house and waited for her friend Rapunzel to pick her up and take her to the airport of Scotland. Merida was nervous so she asked Rapunzel to come over to Scotland and take the plane together to San Fransokyo.

59-60 minutes later

Merida soon saw a taxi and saw Rapunzel opening the door so she could get inside. "Take us to the nearest airport please." Merida said to the driver. To answer her he just nodded. It took about 15 minutes for them to arrive. As soon as they got out Merida and Rapunzel payed half and half to the taxi driver.

"Are you alright Merida?" Punzie asked her friend, Merida. "Yeah... I guess I am." Merida answered as she looked down at her black high knee converse. As Punzie saw her friend sad she patted her back. "Let's go Merida. We need to get to the plane." Punzie told Merida. Merida just nodded. They started walking and bought each a ticket to San Fransokyo.
The cashier said that the next plane will be ready in 30 minutes. They sat down and waited.

15 minutes later

Merida and Punzie went to lined up early cause lot's of people were going to line up and they DON'T like to wait for so long. When the plane was finally there they gave the man their tickets and went inside the airplane and sat on their seats. There was an announcement that the plane will arrive to the destination in 6 hours. Merida and Rapunzel soon grabbed their books and started reading Merida was reading Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell and Punzie was reading Anna and The French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. As soon as Punzie noticed the silent between her and Merida she decided to talk.

"Why did you escape Merida?" Punzie asked.

"My mother wasn't taking me seriously and she also planned an arranged marriage with me and this 40 year old man." Merida answered her friend.

"How did you find out?" Punzie asked once again.

"My brothers over heard and told me about it." Merida said while she was still reading.

"That's sad....it's been a while since we last saw each other." Punzie said.

"I know. It hurt. I really didn't want to vo back to my hometown. Oh yeah I also forgot to ask you something." Merida said.

"What is it?" Punzie asked.

"Why did you leave your hometown?" Merida asked.

"Oh well, I found out that I was interested in robots/technology and that there was a school/college name San Fransokyo Institute of technology. So I told my mom about it and she sighed me in and well they said I was capable of making new stuff with technology, since then I'll be going there for about 2 years and I also made a bunch of friends." Punzie said as she grew a wide smile.

"Oh that's cool." Merida said while closing her book and looking down with a frown.

"What's wrong Mer?" Punzie asked.

"Well, is there a chance that I might get in for that college of yours?" Merida asked while looking at her.

"YEAH! Definitely, you a very smart girl you know?" Punzie said.

They spend all the way talking about their future plans one they get there. Punzie also showed Merida a picture of her friends from her iPhone. They were so excited and we'll tired too so they both said that maybe if they sleep they'll be there faster (a/n it works for me ;)).

As soon as the plane was about to land one if the workers woke them both up and told them that they'll be arriving soon. Merida hold Rapunzel's hand so tight that Rapunzel swore she saw the light. They soon got off the plane and walked towards the exit of the faint building. Once they were out they soon notice the fresh smell of San Fransokyo and giggled.

"Finally." Both of them said at the same exact time. They soon smiled to each other and started walking to Punzie's apartment.
