Chapter 1- ice cream and the early years
"Mommy lets go to the swings!"I said as i pulled on my mommy's skirt.
"Gemma,wait! Can't you see that I am talking to someone?"She said turning to me.""I'm sorry,sometimes they can be a hassle!" She said turning back to the woman who she was talking with.
I guess that since I can't do anything,I'll just tell you about me.I'm Gemma Samantha Lee.I'm currently 5 1/2 years old and daughter of the most wealthiest people. I have strawberry blond hair with bright blue eyes. My hair reaches to my butt! I live in California.
My mommy's hair is a soft brown with blonde highlights. Her hair reaches about mid-neck.Her name is Noemi Jane Lee.Mommy's eyes are blue. Like me!
My mommy smells like cookies and roses,I know.It's a weird combination.
My daddy has blonde hair and stunning emerald eyes. He smells like money and cologne.His name is John Rogers Lee.
Now,THAT'S a good combination!
Our housemaid Christina is kind and always bakes cookies and reads to me before bed.
"Gemma! Wanna get some ice cream with me?" Niall Horan shouts to me running to me from across the playground.
Niall is my best friend but my mommy doesn't like him.
"Let's go ask!" I squeal,grabbing his arm and practically dragging him to my mommy.
This time I waited for my mommy to finish talking.
"Mommy,can I go with Niall to get ice cream?" I ask politely,batting my long eyelashes.
"I suppose so.But be careful."She sighs.
"Yayy!" We both squeal.
As we walk away I can feel mommy rolling her blue eyes at Niall.
------10 Minutes later-----
*at the ice cream parlor*
"Okay munchkins pick a flavor!" Mrs.Horan told us as we walked into the ice cream parlor.
"I want chocolate! No,strawberry! No,birthday cake! No,uhhhhh this is is SOO hard!!"Niall blurts out.
Me,being the polite,shy girl that I am walked up to the counter-being too small to reach the counter, I stood on tippy toes to order. "May I have a double scoop cone with Strawberry and Birthday Cake."
The man looked shocked for 2 reasons.1.I was being polite,unlike Niall.
2.I was JOHN ROGERS LEE'S daughter! I would be shocked at me too.
"Uhh sure!!"He said stammering.
After Niall and Mrs.Horan ordered we sat down and ate our ice creams.Niall messily ate his strawberry,chocolate,and birthday cake triple-scoop ice (sprinkled with sprinkled and caramel yumm!). This is one of the reasons mommy doesn't like him. After 25 minutes Mrs.Horan told us it was time to go home.
---At Gemma's mansion---
"Bye Niall!" I hollered to him.
"Hi mommy!" I greeted my mommy.
"Go to bed sweetheart. It's past 8:30!" Mommy said and Christina joined in at the end.
I laughed shortly and rubbed my eyes.I looked at all of the staircases and groaned.
Mommy rolled her eyes and picked me up. I feel Mommy stop and I guess she arrived.
"Thank you mommy". I bowed.
"Anytime,princess. Now run to bed!" I giggled and did as I was told.
As soon as my head hit the pillow I remembered somthing.
"MOMMY" I yell.
Mommy comes in and checked for any intruders.
"What's wrong my dear?"
"You forgot to tuck me in!"
"Sorry"Mommy's sweet scent fills my nose as she tucks me in.
"Goodnight"
She exits my room and I fall asleep.
