Like I expected, he was waiting at my locker with all his stuff. He was so quick. He drives me home every day from school. But today we were going to hang out at his house.
"Hey! Where have you been?"
"I'm sorry, you know how far away science is from my locker."
"Yeah, I was just kidding. You know that."
He gave me a smile that always makes me melt inside. I love him so much.
"Well are you going to open your locker or should I for you?"
"Oh yeah, sorry. Here, can you hold- Hey!"
He gently pushed me out of the way and began to put in my combination.
It opened the very first time. I regret telling him the combo.
"Here ya go, you're welcome." He said sarasticly.
I put my books away, grabbed my bag, and shut the locker.
"So, where are we going after school?" I asked, curious.
"It's a surprise" he said with a smirk on his face.
"I hate surprises!" I said as I playfully punched his arm.
"I know." His smirk grew into a full-blown smile. He looked at me, and then grabbed my hand.
"But I love you." He whispered in my ear. I loved that he wasn't much taller than me. He was only a few inches taller.
"I love you too." I said back, my face burning red. No matter how much he said that, it still made me get major butterfies. And we have been dating since 7th grade, and we're in 10th grade now.
The ride home was fun. We turned on his favorite cd, and sang along to it like idiots. When he walked me up to my door, he kissed me on the forehead and said, "I'll pick you up around 5. Bring clothes you don't mind getting dirty." Then he smiled, and walked back to his car.
