Biology woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day. His body felt limp and flaccid as he trudged along the hallway.

"Hey dude!" he heard as he felt someone poking the side of his ribs. Irritated, he suddenly felt a surge of turgor pressure forcing him to lift his fist and punch the student in the face.

"Biology attacked me today," the hurt student whimpered as he watched biology walk away.

"I did a thing..." Biology mumbled, forcing back a cheeky cackle. "I hurt the students."

Maths, Arabic, English, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, IRK stared begrudgingly at Biology. "We have worse things in store for them."

As the subjects cheered in unison, celebrating the intensities of each of their syllabus and the painful laments of the students, each of them one upping the other, Amaths scoffed. His eyes mirroring their pettiness.

"You guys go ahead..." Amaths smirked. "I'll finish them all."

Amath stared intensely at the student, a smirk forming on his lips. The student stared back unfazed. In an instant, Amath raised his fist to pack his first punch but the student blocked it. He then moved his face closer to Amath's ear.

"Guess what? I don't take Amath," whispered the student. And with that, he walked off, leaving the stunned Amath.

Stunned, Amath simply chased the student down the hallway, grabbing the haughty student by the collar. "Listen here you little shit. I have contacts." Amaths fumed, his eyes squared on the student. "You best believe I tell my brother to give you one hell of a beating." Amaths bellowed, forearms locking the student on the wall. "And we all know what I do best-" he continued, "ruin lives."

"Hey wait hold on." A soft voice was heard when Amath was about to swing another punch at the student's face. Everyone focused at Arabic's sudden presence. "You all leave him to me." She stated sternly.

Amath loved the sound of Arabic's voice. It was like pittering raindrops hitting a puddle in the night sky. Mysterious, gentle and piercing all at the same time. But of course he didn't show it. Amaths loosened his grip on the student and surreptitiously ran his fingers through his hair. Amath heard girls dig the effortless bed hair look.

'He heard me..?' Arabic muttered
and then she saw Amath run his long fingers through his luscious locks of dark brown hair.

'Woah' was all that was running through her head.

Emaths looked at his brother, surprised to see him actually listening to someone. He noticed how Arabic was looking at him. A thought came to his mind 'They do look good together'.

Slowly a smirked appeared on his face. His friend, Chemistry looked at him then at Arabic and Amath. Chemistry knew whatever Emath was planning ain't gonna be good.

Before anyone could do anything, English walked in, an amused expression on her face. After all, she HAD dated Amath before. Actually, she had dated almost ALL the subjects in school. Even the Ukhrawi subjects. Once upon a time, she was known as 'life and teachings' and 'we are muslims'. But that didn't work out so well. Ever since ARABIC came along. Ugh. Just the thought of Arabic made her sick.

English walked up to Amaths and sat on the chair in front of his desk to face him.

"Hey what are you doing there," she said in her softest, most cringe worthy voice.

Amaths barely even looked up from his book; he didnt need to. pests like English weren't his cup of tea
"Go away" he retorted in a sharp tone.

His words pierced through English's heart; she wasn't used to rejection. But she wasn't an easy girl either. She wasn't about to show him her weakness.

"Emaths.. he's cute. He's sweet.. but we ALL know he isn't you" she said.

"So you're lowering your standards now, huh?" Amath snorted. "Well, good luck with trying to get Emath to stop kissing his calculator and math set to sleep."

Clearly unamused, English got off from her seat, flipping her hair behind her shoulder in the process. She had no time for this. She needed to come up with a plan to get everyone to kiss her shoes again, just like the old days. Who else would she turn to other than Malay?

Malay and English weren't two peas in a pod. English was posh, enjoyed the finer things in life and liked to think she had better idioms than Malay. Malay was chill. She wore sweatpants and a regular tee to school. If the occasion rises, Malay would even punch a few guys who think Malay literature is too emotional and needy. She was protective but she was also vengeful. She didn't understand why across the border everyone preferred English. Little did she know.. all this would change soon, for English had a bone to pick and an enemy to befriend...

Knowing Malay's vindictive personality, English hoped to team up with Malay in order to completely eradicate Arabic so that all that she was to Amath remained a distant memory .

"Okay so if we want to seduce anyone, we'll need to get Arabic out of the picture. I even called Biology here to help us," said English.

"Wait, wait, wait. So you want Arabic dead? Because I have a great plan for that. For the next few months, you'll cook her food that are rich in cholesterol. Maybe get her to start smokin-"

"That won't be necessary, Biology," English cut him off, feeling slightly weirded out. "All we need is for her to be sick just a few days. A minor fever won't hurt."

Malay shrugged, turning to her best friend, IRK, who was silently reading a book about the famous bani Umayyah. IRK finally lifted her face from her book and took in the situation.

"You guys are haram," she said as she slammed the book on the table and headed over to the cafeteria. Hopefully they're having students' souls for lunch today.

"Okay so here's the plan," Biology said to English and Malay in what he hoped was a whisper. He couldn't contain his excitement.

"I brought some expired protein shake that Arabic usually buys from the cafeteria. So we wait till she leaves her drink at her table to wash her hands, and then we swap her drink with this."

"Deal. Being the loner she is, no one will even notice us approaching her table. She's doomed. " English replied. The three got out of the janitor's closet and headed to class.
"Doomed, huh? We'll see about that." Amaths chuckled to himself with that infamous smirk of his.
