First day of school is here. Anna first sophmore year in school. Nothin has changed since last year, the cheerleaders still cheering the same routine, the football players still jocks, the emo's in the corridor- and him.
It's Him.
The guy I have been crushing on since 6th grade.
It's Raphael.
"Cool down Anna, they don't know. Don't make it obvious. Breath" she said in her head. He was with his friends and a couple of girls flirting with him, Anna saw them, she clenched her fist ready to take them out but she cooled down because, she saw Raphael in her own eyes that he was getting irritated and felt uncomfortable when those girls were flirting him. "Thank goodness" she sighed in a relief.
"Anna! Wait up!" Anna turned around to see her best friend Charlene a.k.a Lene. "Oh hey" she said. Charlene is one of Anna's bestfriend since 3rd grade. Ever since, she was there for her whether its good or bad. And she was a family close friend. "I saw how you look at Raph, girl you need to tell him how you feel til its too late" said Charlene in a 'Ghetto American' accent while wiggling her eyebrows.
"Look Charlene its either getting embarrased infront him or walk away like an ordinary student and plus he'll be thinking that I'm obssesed." Anna protested. Anna sighed. "Anyway I gotta get to class see you at lunch" she said taking her books with her to class.
Then they went their separate ways.
While Anna was on her way to class, she bumped into someone made her books fall. "Watch where your going" Anna said while picking up her books one by one. She saw a pair of hands helping her. "I'm so sorry". First thing she heard, she knew who it was. It was familiar. She slowly lift her head up facing him. Raphael.
"Uh. Uhm. Uhh tha-thats a-a-alright" Anna said getting nervous. Her hands was shaking, heck maybe it was getting sweaty and all. After picking up her books. They stood there for about a minute. And the first person who broke the silence was Raphael. "I'm sorry again, I wasn't looking. "
"N-no i-i-its alright..." Anna said "I gotta get to class now" said the both of them at the same time. Raphael smiled. While Anna was flushed with a blushed. "I guess i'll see you around..." said Raphael wanting to know her name.
"Anna" she continued. "Ahh, I'll see you around Anna" Raphael said waving lightly at her while smiling leaving her alone. She finally talked to him. And knew her name too. But that isn't the last time that their gonna talk...
