17th January 2130 (Jay's Diary)
Dear Diary,
It's time to say goodbye to X. I was picked to travel to earth as the "experiment" squad. Seven Other soldiers were picked as well. Tomorrow morning we leave. I still can't believe I'm going back to Earth I know it's only been a month but it fells like years have gone by. I'm have a strange empty feeling in my stomach. I think it's because we have no idea what will become of us. Will the mission be a success or will we all die. I don't know I just have to pray and hope for the best!where meant to be meeting the 31st resistance army based in Edinburgh. I heard they hate us and call us cowards. I should more be fearing them not the Cauocens! I'm starting to wonder if this was a good idea or not I quess we'll have to find out!

17th January 2130 (Dan's Diary)
Dear Diary,
Finally they have sent the squad. They will arrive for tomorrow night I never thought the day would come! Our Situation is getting worse and worse where on the retreat and need to regroup. By Friday we'll be pushed back to South Queensferry at this rate of help doesn't come soon. Life's grim here those evil beasts have gone and taken Edinburgh castle are main base so where being slowly pushed out of Edinburgh and into the Forth. I better stop writing now and go it's my turn for night watch.
