(here's your update, angelfox :3)

Shino taps his pencil on his desk, occasionally glancing at the beautiful boy beside him, who happened to be his new boyfriend. Shino's week hasn't been all too great- his grades seem to be going down a little. Haru, on the other hand, is doing slightly well, averaging about a 3.6 grade average. Haru glances at Shino's notes, doing a double-take when he notices something. He taps on Shino's desk, drawing the boy's attention.

"That problem isn't right. It's nine X is greater than or equal to forty-five." Haru whispers. Shino looks confused as he tries to figure out how exactly Haru got that answer. Haru notices his puzzled expression and jots down some explanations.

9x </= 45

-- --
 9 ÷  9x  </= 45 ÷ 9

</= 5

"Do you understand it now?" Haru asks, looking at Shino. Shino's eyes scan over the inequality. He looks up at Haru and nods, mouthing a quick 'thank you'.

School is over pretty quickly, which makes Shino happy. He's starting to get tired of hearing the hushed whispers behind his back. People never stop talking about how Shino's dad tried to kill him, but they don't know why he did it. Shino's mother had died in a car accident.

A few years ago

"Was the trip fun, Shino?" Father smiles at his son. They had gone to a beach for Shino's 14th birthday and they were driving back home.

"Mhmm. I think this is is best birthday I've had!" Shino exclaims with a big grin on his face. Mother smiles, her hazel eyes lighting up. It's peaceful for an hour, when Father suddenly yells, "Prim, look out!"

Mother doesn't have enough time to move the car, when another car slams straight into their car. The car goes sliding across the road, rolling about six times. Something goes down  Shino's throat, but he can't tell what it is.

Mother is pinned down by broken remains of the car, and her side is bleeding. Father is unconscious and his head is swollen and bleeding. "S-Shino, go help the people in the other car." Mother says.

He doesn't want to, but he goes anyways. A boy around his age is laying outside the car with the back of his shirt soaked in blood. Shino calls 911 and goes to help the parents. The younger sibling is too injured to be saved. Glass has gone through her throat, right where her artery is.

Shino pulls the mother out the car and helps the father out. He runs back to his parents' car and sees that his mother is laying still in her seat, her eyes open and staring at the ground. Shino starts to cry, mourning for his mother. For some reason, there is no sound. Why isn't any sound coming out?!

Sirens come close as the ambulances, police cars, and firetrucks approach. Shino later finds out that his father has gone into depression and has developed a mental disorder.

All of them would never forget this one day.
