When they were going back they saw static electricity. They ran over and saw a baby Eevee laying on the ground paralyzed. Brock took a spare pokeball and captured the damaged Eevee. They took it to a Pokemon center immediately.
"Oh poor thing" nurse Joy "What did you mongles do to it?"
"We didn't do anything my life's dream." Brock said in 'I'm in love' voice. "We found it in the meadow outside of the capital. We were wondering if you could tell us what level it is."
"Well I'll heal it first, then I'll check the level." Nurse Joy said.
A few moments later!
This Eevee's level is 2 so it was beat up pretty bad. A few broken bones here and there it must have faced the leader of all of them, Jolteon.
