The Night Of My Life!

Mia POV:
Today I woke up full of energy than ever. Tonight is our Prom night and I have so many things to do in just a little time. I took a shower, then put on a black undershirt with a light orange Romper with my black Timberland's, I then put my hair in a high bun because I will be going to the salon to flat iron it and change the color of my hair. I grab my keys and headed out.

August POV
Tonight is my prom and l am going to be turnt up. Well last week after Mia and I situation upstairs I decided to break up with Bri because it wasn't meant to be and we both was talking to other people. Tonight I have a big secret that will take Mia breath away. I took my shower and got dress. I put on some gray sweet pants with a white jacket with Jordan's. I grabbed my phone and car keys and headed to the mall to meet up with some friends.

Mia POV
I arrived at the mall and headed straight to the nail salon. I told the lady that I wanted triangle shape nails and I wanted to paint them white with Diamonds on it. After 45 minutes I was done with me nails so I started walking around then of course I bump into August and his friends Dean and Josh.

"What you want?" I said while laughing.
"Umm Ma'am watch who you talking to." Josh said. By the way Josh is that funny white friend that everyone wish they had. August was in front and Josh and Dean was in the back of him.

"Thank you Josh." August said.
"Niqqa the hell I'm talking to all of y'all." I answered them back.
"I throw hands I don't care if your a girl or not I'm be the next Chris Brown and you gonna be Rihanna." Dean said I started laughing because it was mean but funny.
"I throw hands too. I beat all y'all and still win." I said putting my phone in my back pocket if they try to hit me and run.
August turned around and talked to both Dean and Josh. After a few minutes of talking they turned around and looked at me, next thing I know Josh came and held both of my hands.
"Niqqa its on." I said while I got out of Josh grip and started hitting Josh and then Dean came and got me from the back carrying me out the mall. August grabbed my phone and had put it in his pocket.
"August give me my phone back kid." I said while hitting Dean in his back so he could put me down.
August started laughing. Then Dean had put me down. Right when he did I started hitting him like it was my last person l would be hitting of my life. August grabbed my hands and Dean and Josh capped August and left.
"Bye Mia." They both said while walking off.
"Bye kids." I answered back.
"We older then your ass who you calling kids?" August said.
"Your homeboys." I said while laughing.
"Whatever." August gave me a hug then we walked off towards my car.
"You ready for tonight?" He asked.
"I am. Gonna be turnt up." I said while laughing.
"Sure you will." August said while giving me my phone back.
"Thanks." I replied while getting my phone back. I got in my car and put the window down so August could talk to me.
"Well bye Mia. See you tonight." August said giving me a kiss on the forehead.
"Bye August." I answered back starting my car and drove off to the hail salon.

I arrived at the salon and told the lady that I wanted to trim my hair and die it blonde at the tip of it. After an hour at the salon I drove off home. When I arrived home it was 5:40 P.M. I had two hours before prom so I decided that I would sleep for 20 minutes then when I wake up I would take a shower for prom.

August POV:
Mia has no clue that I am going to be her date for prom because I haven't ask her yet and I am going to do that before its time for prom. Her grandma and my mom already know the plan that I had to ask Mia for prom. Tonight I got her favorite male singer to perform in front of her house while I hold a diamond key chain in hand. I will be dressing all black.
I already got my black suit with a Diamond Necklace. I had did my hair so I was loving the way I was looking tonight.

Mia POV
20 minutes later l woke up from my nap went straight to the shower and did 30 minutes in the bathroom brushing my teeth taking a nice cool shower is what I was wanting all day after the mall. I got out the bathroom with my all black bath robe. I had my hair in a hair cap so it wouldn't get in my face while I did my make up. I didn't put that much make up. I had a red bright lip gloss on with black eyeliner, etc. 30 minutes after I was done with my make up I realized that August had text me.

Aug: Mia what you doing?
Mia:Getting ready.
Aug: Ight✔.

When August and I was done texting my grandma came in my room.

"Look at my loving child Mia." My grandma said with a sweet and smoothing voice.
"Thanks grandma." I replied giving her a kiss on the cheeks.
"When I was your age I had your mother. She was the best thing that ever happened to me. Then when she was your age you were two years old and that was the best thing that ever happened to her I know you were because when she was leaving tears were falling out her eyes didn't want to let you go. Her last words to you were "Make me proud." Let me tell you Mia you made her and everyone around you proud. Tonight is yours enjoy yourself. Laugh, smile, joke around, dance, sing, do whatever you can to remember this night. " My grandma said with tears coming out her eyes as she hugged me.
"I love you grandma, I will always love you no matter what happens you don't have the key to my heart because you are the owner. You are my shine in sunshine you are my planet and my Angel that l will never let leave my side." I replied back trying to hold the tears in my eyes while I spoke in her ears.

"Now get ready time is ticking." She said with a smile causing me to laugh. She left the room and went downstairs.
I got my white applique trumpet scoop dress and had put it on. The dress fitted perfect on my body the curves were showing perfectly and l was loving the way l looked. I took the hair cap out and had let my hair flow on my back. It stop right on my back. The color was perfect it had match my dress because my dress was white. I took some pictures to post on Instagram later. I walked downstairs and realized that I had about 45 minutes before it was time for prom. I walked down the stairs and realized my grandmother wasn't in the living room I looked in her room and didn't see her there either. I searched the whole house for her when finally I went to the kitchen and there were a note on the refrigerator door that says:
"Your beautiful just like the morning stars and amazing just like the Angels in the skies. Come out in the back I have a surprise for you." From Grandma.
I got the note and was headed to the back of the house right when I opened the door my eyes couldn't believe what it saw.
