There I was, sitting in my chair. Tuning out my teacher, Ms. Kimbrell, as always. I was thinking about my crush, Sasha, as I stared in her direction. She looked back and our eyes met. She smiled and a chill went down my spine. Suddenly, the bell rang and she turned to grab her things. I did the same. "Why just stare? You should tell her how you feel," someone said. I turned to be met by my best friend Ethan. "Easy for you to say. You don't have a crush," I responded. I fell silent then started to walk toward my social studies class. Sasha walked up next to me and started talking. I was too love stuck to understand what she had said, but i didn't try to figure it out. "I love you," I thought. Ethan put his arm on my shoulder. "Lets go romeo," he said pulling me along. "Life too short. I should tell her how I feel," I thought. I heard a snap. It was my S.S. teacher telling me to get my head out of the clouds. No one but Ethan knew about my crush and I intended to keep it that way. He hadn't told me but he was itching to tell Sasha all about it.
