This is how I draw shounen eyes. There's a lot of different mangas, but I can give you some little tips that might help you.
The majority of mangas like this (so far what I've read) is very different from a shoujo eyes which is more round, big and shiny. Shounen's have usually sharp eyes and more narrow. Of course, there are eyes that is a bit round too.
1-What I've drawn in the photo by steps don't really resemble the same, but it's the same eye. Do not forget that the male version has a sharp look, add a short line on the outer part of the eye as an eye bag. When you draw the half-circle on the eye, thicker your line a little bit more. At last, shade the inside and lightly on the sides of the outer half-circle and it'll give you a better effect.
2-On the female's eye, this was inspired by a character from ''MAGI''. She has a cat eye just like when girls put eyeliner on them. Loosen your wrist a little bit and it will give you a smooth line while drawing the base. Now, slightly thicken your line when drawing the circle on the eyes. Fill in and shade.
Sorry, I don't really explain very well. Please excuse me, I hope it helped you:)
