5. Before Games Start

"(--/n)!! (Y/N)!!!! Oi!!! (Y/n)!! Wake up!!!! Geez! Is she always like this?.. hey (y/n).. hurry and wake uuup~" 

"Let me do it.."

"We gotta hurry.. the master's waiting."

"Yeah."

stirring from what was like a peaceful sleep of yours, closed eyes furrowing when you felt some harsh tugging enough to make your already aching head worsen, reaching for the person shaking you trying to stop them for they seemed like wanted to kill you by not letting you sleep even for just a short while longer. Your whole body is tired including your mind and you just want to curl up there not waking up for a week or two.

But seems like no one wants to grant your wish as the shaking got harsher making you open your tired (e/c) orbs. Eyes squinting in the process when a bright light hits them. You groaned and slowly sat up yawning.. looking at the person on front of you, you raised a brow as a sign of you asking what the hell does she want whilst she just stared at you with arms crossed over her chest.

"What?" You asked, eyes on the verge of closing again but you stopped it by stretching them with your fingers.

"You slept.." She replied, narrowing her eyes.

"Ah. Yeah. So what..? I'm tired Visca."  You tried to slump back on the bed assuming she just woke you up to annoy you and nothing else but you jolted back when your (h/c) hair was being pulled up.

"Ow! Ow! V-visca what are you!?"

"You missed the Preliminary event, though I can let that pass as I know you're too tired but you have a task the master will give you right now so hurry it up and get your ass out of the bed. Hurry up and get a shower!!"

Without any other words except "Y-yes Mom!" You scurried your way to the bathroom attached to the room. Afraid of what the big mama might do to you. Moms are really scary at times. You don't have much memories of yours though.

Oh yeah right. You forgot you were already at Crocus and the GMG was already starting. As you still haven't recovered fully from the exhaustion you gained from your training, you decided to take a short rest just as you arrived at your lodging house but seems like it took longer than expected. No one can blame you though.. for your hard work has finally bore its sweet fruits and you plan to show it to everyone soon. But for now, you have to focus on hurrying your shower for you can almost feel the menacing aura coming from the outside that seems to seep through the small spaces of the bathroom door causing a shiver run down on your spine.

"Ne Visca.. just where are we going?"

Running a hand to your still wet hair trying to comb it, with the other being held by the green head as she drags you to who knows where, you simply let your body follow her lead but your curiosity's like killing you that you finally asked her. Earning a grunt of a response which made you grimace and look to the blue head at your side asking for help. She just grinned at you and signaled you to be patient which you had no choice but to comply.. tch. Okay it was your bad for ending up too long in the shower but not letting you comb or even properly dry your hair and just dragging you out after slipping whatever Big mama gave you is bad even! This woman's really cruel. T^T

Your silent wailing was stopped though as you saw you have arrived at a bar called Honey Bone.. What? Don't they say you're going to have a drink this early in the morning?!

When you entered, you immediately saw the old gramps sitting on top of one of the table with Asuka and Arzach on the chair holding her. Coming to them, they turned their head to you. Arzach nodding to you three, Asuka stretching her arms for her Mom and the Master clapping his hands.

"Finally! You're here!"

"We're sorry for being slow Master.. It took quite a while waking up a certain someone."  Throwing a quick glance at you, Visca proceeded to sit beside her husband holding Asuka close to her.

"Yeah right. Sorry." You muttered about to sit down too but immediately stopped when the Master jumped off the table..

"We don't have time to sit now. Let's get going and i'm gonna tell you what you'll on the way (y/n)"

Muttering a yes, you all got out of the bar and started to make your way to the Domus Flau. Walking with Levy beside you, the two of you started to chat about random things when the Master called you..

"(Y/n)." He said.

"Ah yes Master?"

"There will be another event before the games start and I chose you to be our guild's participant. It's fine right?"

You thought about it for a moment. Maybe this is the right time to show the result of your training...

You grinned at the old man. " it's fine. But what kind of event will it be?"

Your brows furrowed when he didn't answer. He's just looking up ahead while smiling.

"Uhm. Mas--"

"Singing.."

"Eh?"

"It's a singing event. And it sure fits you well." He turned to you and grinned. While you just gaped at him.

"Eeeeeeh?????"

Hearing a chuckle from the others, your head shot up to Levy and Visca who were trying to stop their laugh but obviously failed earning a glare from you.

"Nobody told me!!!" You complained.

"I'm telling you now.." Makarov answered.

"Well yeah. But--"

"Just stop complaining and think about the song you're going to sing (Y/n)." Visca chimed in interrupting you.

"Uurgh... I hate you."

"You can do it (N/n)-chan.." 

"*sigh* thanks Levy-san. Oh! But I'd have to get my guitar if i'm going to sing!"

"No" Head snapping to Master's direction, you stared at him almost with disbelief. No guitar?! Fuck.

"What?!"

"You're going to sing without your guitar today. They have a band ready there. So just think about your songs.."

Your shoulder slumped and suddenly you got tired again.. singing without your boyfriend is really torture to you. But for the Guild's sake.. you thought you'd do it.. just for today though.

But.. songs??

"Two songs (y/n). One slow and a loud one. S'up to you on how you'd arrange it though."

"Huh? How did-"

"*chuckle* you asked that aloud (y/n)-chan"

You gape at Levy and blushed. Sometimes you just won't notice it but you're already saying what you're thinking aloud. It'll be fine if it's not something embarrassing but still.. it's scary.

"Haha. You really need to watch out with that habit of yours (y/n) it might get you in trouble in the future." Arzach commented.

"S-shut up. I know that already." Averting your gaze, you run a hand to your (h/c) strands and started thinking about the two songs. Damn.. they didn't even gave you a chance to practice. mph.

"Let's hurry up everyone! The event will start soon."
