"What's this?" an average police man mumbled, finding an odd fob watch lying next to the subject's limp body. He pocketed the thing. "They don't need this for evidence." It was strange, the small thing. It seemed to attract people to it.

When the man got home, he sat in his comfy leather chair to study the thing. He cracked it open, wondering if it worked.

Voices swelled from the watch. "Moriarty!" or "Doctor!?" some were shouting. Others whispered, "Let me out!" or "Doctor, come for me," or even, "Time Lord..." They all seemed to think one thing: they wanted to be free. The man felt a shiver, then shut the watch quickly. He got up to take the watch back to the man it'd come from.

Hastily, he got there and was about to set it by the dead man, but he got that nagging feeling again. He opened the watch and yellow dust flew out and to the limp corpse. The police officer threw the watch and raced off the rooftop as quickly as he'd come. He didn't stick around to watch the show.

Jim let out a hollow cough, his arms beginning to glow. Then, his limbs and mouth burst with the glowing yellow energy...
