The scream rang in my ears and I jolted awake only to be yanked back to the mattress. I tried to pick up my arm, and was stopped by a handcuff latching me to the bed.  I tried my other wrist and my feet, all the same. Panic began settling in my stomach and I strained against the cuffs.

"Mom? Mom! Anyone help!" I screamed.

I looked around. Gray bed, gray desk, gray walls.. There! A camera was pointed at my bed. "Get me out of these!"

I screamed until my throat was raw and I was crying hysterically. I collapsed back on my thin, gray, pillow and stared at the ceiling. After what seemed like hours, a woman in a nurse's uniform came into the room and unlocked the cuffs.

"Behave Perry. " she warned as she grabbed my sore wrist.

I winced as she led me out of the room. She brought me into another small room, bare save for a card table and two dinky folding chairs. And a giant tinted window. A two-way mirror. It was an interrogation room.

"Sit. " she commanded and I obeyed.

"Hello." A man walked in and looked at me," Perry, is it?" he asked hesitantly.

"Y-yes." I whispered," Where am I and why am I here?" I asked, my eyes welling with tears.

He looked at me, puzzled and sat down across from me. He clicked his pen and poised it to start writing on his clipboard," You don't remember why or how you got here?" I shook my head no. " Do you remember who I am?" Again, I shook my head no.

" How do you expect me to know who you are if I am just meeting you?" I asked quietly, looking at the floor.

" Perry, you met me yesterday. For about three and a half hours." he said softly.

I gasped and looked up at him." You really don't remember me?" He asked again quietly.

" No." I sobbed and pulled my knees to my chest. What is happening to me?
