"We hand you back over to Jerry Shuster for an update at the road block on highway 67."
"Jack we can see the trucks heading straight towards the road block."
"HALT OR WE WILL FIRE...STOP NOW ..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
"The Army are blaring their warnings to the convoy but to no response if anything the lead truck is speeding up."
"My god! The tanks turrets are taking aim on that speeding truck!"
"We are picking up a message broadcasting from that truck. I don't believe it!..But it's citizen band. Old CB radio!"

"TANKS ARE FIRING...can you hear me Jack!"
"Thank god they exploded above the truck...warning shots..That mad trucker isn't slowing he's blaring his horn in defiance...
Tanks are now taking direct aim at his truck..
They have no choice but to fire now to stop...WAIT...the turrets are moving down..orders are just in to stand Down.."
"City hall have ordered the tanks to STAND DOWN!"
"TANKS TRYING TO BACK AWAY before truck hits..TO LATE... "
"OH MY GOD.. MY GOD ..MY GOD ALMIGHTY!!!!"
"THE TRUCK MADE IT!!"
"DON'T KNOW HOW.....it just ploughed through that narrow gap. Between tanks. Sparks flying..."
"He's opened the road for the rest of the convoy to pass through. Tell you Jack I wouldn't want to be in either of those two tanks. Both crews will need to change their shorts after that!"
Back in News centre.
"Sorry Jerry have to interrupt you...This just in from city Hall.."
"Road block has been removed by order of Mayor James 'Jimmy' Olsen."
"We hand you over live to city Hall for an emergency address to the nation by the Mayor. "
"Whom we have just learnt has been handed absolute authority during this state of emergency by our president."
