Scale 1-10: I would rate this ship a 3
Reasons:
1. I ship Anna with someone else
2. I ship hiccup with someone else
3. I think it would work better if they had a sibling or friendship relationship not a romantic one
4. I don't think it would work out
Reasons people may ship them:
1. they where both lonely and shut out during childhood
2. They would do anything for the ones the care about for instance Anna jumped in front a sword to save her sister Elsa even though she was moments from death and Hiccup was willing to take all blame and punishment for toothless as long as toothless didn't get hurt.
