"LYNA!"
Minghao's eyes widened. He quickly ran to her and pushed her. Now, he was standing on Lyna's spot.
"MINGHAO!" Lyna screams.
Boom!
Minghao's body slowly falls to the ground.
Lyna ran to him and put his head on her lap. Her uniform is now covered with his blood.
"Minghao, no." Her eyes getting teary.
Minghao gulped trying to say something but failed. His eyes starting to get blurry.
"Minghao please stay awake...please...don...eave...m..."
Everything went black.
Hospital
Minghao was sent to the emergency ward while Lyna waited for him outside the ward. She tried to call his father by using Minghao's phone but failed. So, she called his mom but no one picks up. She was about to press 'end call' when suddenly a soft women voice answers the call.
"Minghao where are you?" His mom said.
"Umm, hello is this Minghao's mom?"Lyna asked.
"Yes, this is his mom speaking. Who are you?" His mom asked.
"I'm his friend,"Lyna answered.
"Ah, a friend but, why are you using his phone?" His mom asked again.
"Sorry for me to say but, your son is now in the emergency ward," Lyna said. Her voice cracking. Guilty was all she could feel.
"What?! I'm going there, where is it?" His mom asked. She was really shocked and sad.
After Lyna told the address, his mom said,"Okay I'll be right there." and she hung up.
After the call ended, Mr.Kim the doctor comes out. Lyna quickly ran to him.
"Mr.Kim, how is Minghao's condition?"Lyna asked.
"He's fine, his condition is stable," Mr.Kim said.
Lyna sighed in relief.
"What's your relationship with the patient?" Mr.Kim asked.
"Ah, I'm his...sister" She lied.
"Oh, okay. He does not lose too much blood. He only broke his arm which is incredible. Also minor fractures," Mr.Kim informed.
"How long he needs to rest?" She asked.
"Maybe two or three weeks,"
"Ah, thank you, Mr.Kim." Lyna bowed.
"Your welcome." He bowed back
Lyna quietly went to Minghao's room. As she enters the room she was faced with quietness, only the beeping sound of the machine cut through the silent air.
She saw Minghao sleeping soundly on the bed. She slowly approaches him. When she saw his face with bruises, her heart broke into pieces. She felt really bad after what happened. She was about to leave but then she felt someone grabs her wrist.
Lyna was startled. She turns and saw him smiling at her.
