My alarm woke me from my sleep and it suddenly hit me

Did I only dream all of these things or did I really meet Harry Styles yesterday?

It seemed too perfect to be true.

Just to be sure I checked my phone. And there they were: The texts from Harry!

I jumped out of bed and danced around my room.

Whoa totally fangirling right now! Calm own Mae!

Yesterday was probably the best day of my life. My mood had changed so much that day. First I was thinking of driving of a bridge because of Rodger and his stupid waitress and then my day had completely changed in a matter of seconds.

And the crazy thing was that none of this had happened if Rodger hadn’t cheated on me. I would still be sitting in Paris with my boyfriend and probably be taking totally ridiculously cute pictures with him in front of the Eifel Tower.

But that was not what happened.

He did cheat on me. And I did fly home early. And they did lose my suitcase so I had to pick it up another day. And I did meet Harry Styles.

That’s when it hit me: I hadn’t told Liv anything yet!

I grabbed my phone and send her a text.

Liviiieeee, hey what’s up? :)

Wanna meet up for coffee after work?

I need to tell you something!!! :))

While waiting for Liv to answer I changed into my blue jeans and a simple top and took my work badge from my nightstand. 

I worked at Barnes and Nobel. If you have never heard of that before, it is a bookstore. One of the few they hadn’t closed down yet.

Because all the people started buying their books online a lot of bookstores had to close. Luckily the store that I worked at did not close which was a relief considering that this was my only job and I needed to save for College.

I had called my boss a few days ago and told him that I had arrived early from my vacation and wanted to start working early.

I know that sounds totally stupid because who wouldn’t like some more time off but as I already said I needed the extra money and also I wanted to distract myself from Rodger.

I went downstairs to find my parents and Rynn already sitting at our table eating breakfast.

“How you doing honey?” my mom sounded concerned.

“Better”, I grinned “A lot better!”

I caught my mom off guard. She stared at me.

“Are you sure?” she asked carefully.
