The Day We Met (a story of the future of percabeth)

Christmas eve

Percy

I begged and pleaded all day to let Annabeth  or let me open a present.  Every time she replied with " no Percy knock it off!" so i decided to hatch my master plan. I snuck in to the closet to see if the gifts were there but no sighing i walked out of the closet and at the doorway was Annabeth 

"what do you think your doing seaweed brain?" annabeth smirked

"nothing just getting a shirt..." i replied nervously

" why?" she asked

" because im donating to the dolphins charity, for naked dolphins."

" That is the dumbest thing i have ever heard come out of your mouth you aren't going to find the presents."

"whaaaaat. spah i wasn't looking for presents i don't know what your talking about. gotta go!" and i ran out and down the stairs as fast as i could.

I decided to take a walk to the beach and get annabeth's final present.  When i got to the beach i slid my shoes off and walked bare foot on the shore.once i found a nice isolated cove i sat down and searched for a good spot to dive in. i walked to a boulder and climbed on top.  Then dived in. once the bubbles cleared i saw the slope and swam down it. once i finally spotted an ouster i pried it open and to my luck no pearl. i looked a few more times until i found one. Once i found it i went on the boardwalk and found a nice jewelry store. Once i went inside i asked the clerk for some help locating a celestial bronze chain. She led me right to it it was beautiful! It was obviously celestial bronze, and had a glint of silver. I strung the pearl around it and asked it to be engraved a part of my wedding vow. Once i left them to it i got a call on my cell phone.

Annabeth POV

I was worried after an hour after Percy ran out. so i called him.

"hey babe."

"don't hey me where are you?" i asked frantically

"on the beach.'' he said casually

"doing what!"

"none of your business.''

"what ever just get home so we can eat dinner we have.... special visitors and their getting a bit anxious."

"who?"

"never mind just hurry home.''

I hung up, and went back to the dining room to visit with my mother and Poseidon yep this was gonna be awkward even though i invited them here to tell them our special news.

Soon after we had hung up Percy arrived home and once he walked in all cheery and looked at us his expression fell blank.

"Percy can i talk to you in the kitchen please."

"wha-"

"in the kitchen!"

As soon as we couldn't hear the bickering anymore and shut the door percy asked.

"why are they here?"

"have you forgotten i'm pregnant and engaged we have to tell them and i figured over dinner and cocktails would be better than video chat."

"um i disagree."

"what?"

"well over video chat she can't blow me up for getting you pregnant."

"Percy!" i yelled hit him in the shoulder

"i feel like you do that a lot to me."

"ugh lets just go," i grabbed his hand and led him to the dining room.

He sat down as i plated every thing and served it. Once every one was done conversating i spoke up.

"excuse me, me and Percy have some big news to tell you guys."
