Cavelin High was a private high school in Lawrence, Kansas. It much resembled a normal public school. No uniform, no special rules, they even had sports teams and and cheer squads. The school had clubs like Hospitality Squad and Fine Arts Team. But overall, it cost a hell of a lot of money to attend.
This school did have its specialties, however. The students come from rich and high up families so more often than not, their parents would be out of town on business. So due to that, Cavelin High had apartment or penthouse-like dorms that you could rent. There were four dorm sections in the dorm halls; they were the Girls' Dorms, the Boys' Dorms, the Club Dorms, and the Family Dorms. Of course each section had its own rules like the Girls' Dorms, only girls could live there and only boys could live in the Boys' Dorms. In the Club Dorms, you could live in your club's dormhouse. And finally, if you had 2 or more siblings, you and your siblings could live in a penthouse-like dorm.
The school itself had three stories, while the dormhouse had only 2. The first floor of the school is mainly ELA classes, as well as math classes and clubs. There were also computer labs. The second floor consisted of science, history, arts, and workshop classes. The third floor was solely for the students. Half of it was a library, for the kids who wanted to study or read in quiet peace. The other half was a student lounge and cafeteria.
Now I'm sure you didn't open this story to read about some boring school. We're going to look into two 'special' families. The Novaks a mix of questions to be asked alone. Most of them had completely different personalities. Two of them fought like cats and dogs. One was a straight up adorable nerd. One was hell on wheels. We are also going to be keeping a little watch on our little Winchester crew. Made up of two boys and a sister that could whoop ass, they always looked out for each other. These two families will soon enough cross paths and the drama will erupt.
Now let the semester begin!
