Today was day one of the summit, Alpha's from all over the country were flying in and arriving. Louis and I were in-charge of check in. Liam and Zayn were busy keeping with appearances and speaking to the elders. I was on edge waiting to see Maison, the last time I talked to him he wouldn't stop talking about the tension in the house and that Nicholas and Harry were always fighting. I prayed they didn't bring the fighting here, and try to start something with me because there wouldn't be anything holding me back this time, Harry knew about Maison and if Nicholas said anything about my son I'd fight him. The doors to the main ballroom open and Harry, Ed, Ryan, Nicholas, and Maison walk in dressed in their finest clothes.
"Papa!" Maison yells, letting go of Harry's hand and running towards me. I happily stand from my booth hugging him tightly.
"Baby" I whisper. He smelled like roses and lavender and his hair was extra curly. I pull away powdering his face with kisses. "How did you like Dada's house?"
"It was fun" he says, before hugging me again. I pick him up sitting back down at the booth. Louis makes them sign in before taking Maison into his arms.
"We're going to take our seats" Harry says, taking Nicholas hand walking to their seats. Ed gives me a small smile and he and Ryan follow in suite. Maison curls into Louis's chest for the remainder of the check in before we take our seats. I sit beside Zayn, and Maison sits in between Louis and I. I see Harry and Nicholas bickering at their table not far from ours. Liam stands taking the Microphone from the DJ.
"First, I'd like to thank everyone from coming whether you were one state away or 30 I am glad that you've joined us for this Summit. I'd like start off by introducing my Mate Zayn Malik my former Beta and my new Beta Niall Horan, who I've known since child hood and couldn't be a better replacement......" Liam gives me a smile, before his eyes flickered to Maison. I look over at Harry and he gives me a smile, and I just nod at Liam. "I'd also like to introduce the newest addition to the Waning Moon and Full Moon pack Maison" at the sound of his name, Maison stood up on his seat so he could try to be the same height and he waves happily everyone smiles happily at him while Louis pulls him down. "Enjoy tonight's festivities" Liam says, before sitting down.
The first course came out, some people decided to dance. Some people bounced from table to table. I just stayed in my seat beside Zayn, who played his duty in smiling and laughing at unfunny jokes. I noticed Harry sitting at his table alone his finger tracing his glass.
"Mai, do you want to go sit with Dada?" I ask, I look down at Maison who drunk down his grape juice. He looks over at the table, probably making sure Nicholas wasn't there before he nods. I stand taking his hand we cross the ballroom and I take a seat.
"Hi Dada" Maison says, happily.
"Hey Mai, are you having fun?" Harry says, instantly brightening. Maison climbs into Harry's lap nodding looking at Harry's half eaten plate.
"Eat Dada" Maison instructs, Harry chuckles taking a spoon full of mashed potatoes.
"So, where is Nicholas?" I ask.
"He stomped off somewhere, and Ryan followed like a little puppy" Harry mumbles, after swallowing his mashed potatoes.
"Is everything alright?" I ask.
"Yes, don't worry" Harry says.
"Well there is always an empty room at the pack house if it'll be to awkward to share your room with Nicholas"
