Aphmau POV:

So Me and Garroth kissed...but...then I saw the Casanova there...IM DEAD!! He looked upset..he had tears in his eyes..but the then the most amazing thing happened. I saw him wipe his tears away and give a slight nod with a smile. I know he only wants the best for me....but...I never thought about what's best for him. Laurence....

Laurence POV:

My heart..it's...broken. I only want the best for Aphmau though....i told her this before...

------Flash back------

L: " Aphmau..."

A: "Yes Laurence..?"

L: "Before we enter Phoenix Drop..I need to tell you something...I know you don't love me the way I love you but...no matter what happens...even if you love someone else...I will still be there for you. I will always love you! Aphmau..I just want the best for you...I just want you to be happy. Even if it means you love someone else. But..promise me this...You won't ever leave me...you'll always be there for me like I am for you right? Even if it means you do love someone else...you will always be my friend?"

A: "Laurence..I...I...I promise..."

------flashback over-----

I promised her also...So I'm not going to become in between her and Garroth...no matter how much it pains me to see her with him. This is something I have never told anyone..but...like everyone knows..I was a shadow night because I saved Aphmau from the nether. But..when they do the retule on you to make you a shadow knight it takes most of your life source and leaves you blind. When I was saved from the nether I WAS completely blind. But within a few weeks I regained my sight. I could see...I could see Aphmau. But most of my life source was still gone...about 3/4 still is. I am practly dead. So when I saw Aphmau and Garroth...I sung these words..in my head...

Though I know that I am dead...it seems I still have tears to shed....

Garroth POV:

I saw that nod Laurence did. I saw him wipe his tears. I saw him in vain. I might have made myself happy but is this really right? I finally got what I've dreamed of but took someone else's dream in the process!! I feel like a monster!! "Goodbye m'lady" I say to Aphmau. My eyes start to water and she takes notice. "Garroth what's wr-" "I'm fine Aphmau...See you tomorrow.." I saw before she could finish and ran off of the guard quarters. I can't do this to Laurence...but I can't tell Aphmau...I can't do that to her...
