Buzzz... the school bell ran. School was over. Ryan and William ran out the door of the school. Hot on their trail was the school bully Jake. Jake's parents both died in a car accident, and Jake was adopted by his grand parents. They were very strict and little by little he grew meaner every day now he was a full out bully. As they rounded the bend they could almost feel the bully's breath on their necks. They reached a fence and jumped over it. They glanced around, they where in an alley way. They both knew Jake was large but they could out run him. Just as they thought he had given up and gone home the whole fence crashed apart. A very angry Jake stood in the midst of the debris. They where cornered. Jake walked towards them slowly an evil grin on his face. "I got you now you dorks". Suddenly just as they could feel Jake's breath on there faces. William felt himself lurch up into the air. For a Second he was stunned then he turned around and saw Ryan's face smiling back down on him.
"Wow you have wings?" asked William
"Yep" replied Ryan
''Can you swoop down"
"Sure"
Ryan swooped down and William rained down fire around the bully.
"Wow you can breathe fire William?" asked Ryan
"Absolutely"
They looked down and they saw Jake running away. This time it looked faster then when he had been chasing them.
Ryan flew them all the way to his yard, where they landed in the tree house Ryan's dad had built.
"Why didn't you tell me you had wings?" asked William
"Well I thought you would think I was a freak."
