Broken or part of me

chapter 3

I sat at the bathroom for ages before deciding to get cleaned up before mum returns from the hospital which she worked as a nurse. I swung the door open and went to my room to hid my razor, mum doesn't know that I have been cutting for 2 years, she will be shocked if she ever finds out, not only because I cut but the reason that made me start is going to serious shocker to her. I got clean jeans and my favorite micky mouse tshirt from my drawer and went to have a shower but unfortunately my cuts started bleeding and the band aid come off, but mum is going to be here any minute so I quickly threw my clothes off and turned the shower on. The warm water washes over my body and I began to relax depite my stinging cuts, then my most recent favourite song comes in my head. Savior by black veil brides, and I becoming to sing "reminding you not to bleed" I sing hearing Andy's soothing voice in my mind, then I hear a knock on the door, it probably mum, god how long have I been in the shower. I haste turn off the water, dry my body and put my clothes on, clearing the fogg covered mirror to have look at my face, umm eyes slightly red but I find an excuse. My finally come out and as I step out, I come face to face with mum.
"Hey honey, how was school" she asks
"Umm good yeah it was fine, same old" I mumble avoiding eye contact.
"You'r eyes are red , what happened Tanya"?
" oh its nothing mum, got the soap in my eyes" I lied without hesitation.
"Alright, an just going to fix us dinner, make sure you do you'r homework".
"Sure mum". I reassure before mum continous her journey to the kitchen and I ran to my room. I throw my self in my bed and pluck my head phones and fall a sleep.
