Today is exactly 2 weeks away from our departure to Australia. I'm kinda feeling happy about going now! A fresh start, but I know that life is good here, in the UK. I'm ready for school, I'm about to leave the door and mum shouts "COME GET YOUR TOAST" Oh yeah, I thought I was forgetting something!
After I eventually leave the house I start to walk to the field, in which is the way I walk to school. I get to the field, by this point my toast was gone, and I run around in the long grass like I had no cares in the world! It was so refreshing but then, I jumped back into reality and realised that I was supposed to be walking to school. I check my phone and it says 8:30am which means I only have 15 minutes to get to school. Considering I live 30 minutes away whilst walking I think I'll have to run all the way.
As I finally reach school, the bell for registration goes. I look at my timetable and realize that I won't see my friends all day, only at lunch for 25 minutes.
It's lunch now and I go to the corner of the yard and, soon enough along my friends come! They mention about arranging to meet up everyday until I go, I initially though it was great, so we stated planning!
It was working out well for the first week but then.... Mum and Dad started getting frustrated and said they needed my help in moving. I had to say yes to my parents, because there was nothing else, it was either let down my parents or let down my friends......
I couldn't possibly bare to tell them about how I couldn't meet them, but it was something I done and they seemed cool about it, but I think they are taking this move as tough as I am.....
